Valerie at the front desk is very approachable and accomodating. The room is not that big but very clean..The housekeeping keeps it clean esp the bathroom etc.. Highly reccommended So I'll give this hotel a 5 stars😊

The management of the hotel doesn’t care about the quality of the beds We have to requested to move in 3 different rooms due to the bad conditions on mattress One of the rooms have fleas and chins bug We had bad experience! We don’t recommend it for anyone The elevators are too old… we have to called the emergency department 911 Due to the elevator was stuck on 12/1/24 No body was able to rescue until the paramedics arrived.

Very nice staff but poor quality elevators. Only 2 for large building. Heating in room mail function. Either got 100 degrees or 60! No in between so poor sleep! Also breakfast area should be condemned! Cold and small.

Overall really good hotel. Staff was nice, attentive and helpful. I was able to walk to almost everywhere I went on this trip. The room could use a little refresh. Caulking / baseboards have seen better days. Tile could use a deep clean.

Low rating because receptionists don’t care about people, who lives in the hotel. I came from Chicago with my husband for celebrating my birthday. And when I was just asking to change my room( higher view or something else) receptionist yelled at me and another one said why should they change me room. It was my birthday!!!! Any receptionists in Chicago can do it!!! Also the cleaning was daily what annoying us. When we put sticker on the door ‘do not disturb’, we found the letter under the door about cleaning daily. The mood was spoiled by staying at this hotel. But location is very comfortable, you can walk to Time square.
