Overall very good staff and room. However, there were only 2 slow elevators for 27 floors. And ice only on 2nd floor. Also not quiet; heard lots of talking from hallway or other rooms.

Located a couple of blocks from Wall Street St, it is a convenient hotel to have in mind. Staff was amazing, helpful and they were interested in how everything was going. 25 minutes to Soho, is not bad. Quality of bed and pillow was awesome, Keurig on room and plenty of towels and amenities. Tv should be upgraded, but overall os a great deal.

Thank uou for allowing us to leave our luggage even before we got into our room! We went to NYC to participate in the Tunnel to Tower 5k. Not only did you secure our luggage before, but you kept it for us while we did the 5k. The receptionist was SUPER friendly!
