TERRIBLE. ALL THE PICTURES WERE A LIE. I WAS AFRAID TO EVEN PUT MY BAGS DOWN. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $400!!!! IT WASNT EVEN HABITABLE. I HAD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY

My deluxe bedroom and bathroom were very clean but some of the laminate plank flooring in the rooms need to be replaced. Room size is ok - typical NY hotel room size (or a little bigger). Free Parking was a big plus. I wish they could truly enforce the "no smoking" policy because the smell of weed (or something like it) would hit you as soon as you walk into the hotel and on different floors. Staff was helpful, "ok friendly" and not rude. Given that the hotel does not offer breakfast, I wish they would offer, at least, some free coffee & hot water / hot cocoa packs for clients in the small lobby area.

First off, the hotel is in a very dirty area. There was no blanket on the bed, no hangers, no blow dryer, no coffee maker, or a working vending machine for water. There was however a mouse in my room digging through the trash can in the middle of the night, about which the hotel claimed they never had complains about, and could do nothing about it at night.

Not recommending this hotel at all
My most issues: 1- the entire hotel smells like smoke We changed two rooms that smell like smoke and the receptionist made it sound that this is actually normal that rooms smell like someone smoked 5 minutes ago there Bathrooms sink not draining Toilet handle to flush was also broken

The fact they sell condoms in a vending machine should be a clue. DO NOT STAY !!! Mice in the room was the breaking point. We left… and drove three and one half hours back to our home. I will never make the mistake of staying at that place again.

Not a pleasant experience
The first room we were given had several issues. TV did not work, toilet handle was broken and sink spout was loose. We were issued a second room. As i was getting out of the shower i saw a mouse run across the room and go under the bed. we checked out just after midnight and made the four hour drive home.
