Location location location! Older property, but very clean. Good size rooms as far as NY goes. Never waited more than 30 s for an elevator!

Let me start with the only downside about the property - the rooms are on the smaller side (ots an older building - thats just how they were made), but the fact that they manage to fit 2 queen beds in the room more than makes up for it. Now for the many positives - excellency location - just steps away from Times Square and minutes from any theater we attended. Beautiful art-deco style added to the overall ambiance, and the building is very well staffed and maintained. I would happily stay here again.

Great location to access Broadway and at the heart of Time Square. The room we had was peaceful and quiet and allowed you to escape the noise and huddle and bustle of NY. The £220 additional charge was an unwelcome surprise

The location is fantastic but as usual lots of noise. Had someone knocking on our door at 4:50 am and never really got a good answer how someone was on our floor without having a key to a room and not knowing which room is theirs?! The grab and go breakfast was good. Our room was clean but the a/c in the bedroom wasn’t cooling.

Excellent location on Times Square. Walking distance to theatres and subway and Central Park and Fifth avenue. Included breakfast was excellent also. Security always in lobby and fast elevators. A great place to stay in NYC.

The pre Check in is very convenient. The on street parking overnight was helpful. The room was super clean and just what we needed for one night. We plan to stay here again!

After you book, you will be hit with a $40 tax/ per Day "facility fee" . This is in the fine print AFTER you book. Pricing options in Expedia are not comparable. Boo Expedia. Boo Hotel Edison. Check did not go smoothly. Could not find my reservation under my name. But my name was in the system after all... 15 min later. Otherwise, delighted with location, bathroom.

This hotel has the worse bathroom. Showers dont even have enclosure, the toilet bowl and the whole flooring gets wet when showering. Breakfast is only grab and go not buffet style..no refills on drinks either water, coffee or juice only. Staff not friendly

Aside from the rather noisy elevators in this old building, I have no complaints. My bath & decor were recently updated. For theater goers, the location is ideal. Staff were friendly and accommodating. If you elect to use then offered meal vouchers, AVOID the free ‘grab & go’ choice and pay $6.50 for a full breakfast instead. You won’t be disappointed.
