Overall, my visit was good. Check in person lacked some customer service skills, other staff were very courteous. As an elder person, my big concern is the danger of falling, I was displeased when I was unable to get a rubber mat to place in the bath tub, falls in bather tubs/showers are the most common accidents for the elderly, would recommend putting rubber mats in bathtubs/.showers. Bobby the porter was especially pleasant and efficient Thanks you.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Included breakfast options were great. All hotel staff were kind and helpful. Located in busy Times Square, however it felt safe. Very convenient location.

The hotel is in a great location and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large. The issue was there were only 2 empty outlets and not much lighting if you did not use the window.

Although the hotel was generally nice we felt it was just overpriced for what it was. Free breakfast was an added bonus and trying to get the lifts at the wrong time was a bit of a challenge. Room was reasonable size. Bathroom was very small. Had one of the family suites and would have been better to of had the twin bedded room in the second room not the first. Stayed in 2 different properties whilst in New York and preferred the other hotel, due to more space and less busy.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly. The night time staff was horrible I felt attacked because they did not ask the people in front of us for their key but asked me the people in front were white and I was black I definitely felt racially discriminated.

Unique property. Liked the nostalgic vibe. Restaurants were fun and good food. Rooms were large, bathroom a little small but it is NYC. Overall I would stay here again.

It was good but had to pay 40 dollers per day for just facility fees and i dont think it was worth it as they already had taxes charged from us. Its not even a resort but they charged the resort fees.

The room where we stayed had not been updated in years, the paint on the bath tub was stained, scratched and peeled off, the wallpaper was peeling at the seams, and the mattresses were bouncy, to the point the the other person moving in the bed woke me up. The sheets were clean. The room felt humid even though the AC was on. They are in the process of updating so this was obviously a room that had not been updated yet, so it will probably be better in the future. The lobby was always crowded, but the front desk staff was nice and helpful.
