Location is excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Room was quite tight for 2 people with no drawers and a small closet. Lighting in room was minimal so tge room always felt dark and windows faced a brick wall, not allowing natural light. Maybe other rooms are better. Rooftop bar was nice offering beautiful sunsets although completely enclosed and not open air so don't consider it a true "rooftop bar". All told, it was fine for a 2 night stay because we don't spend much time in the room anyway.

The hotel it’s OK. I think 3 stars would be fair, considering my experience. The A/C in the room is only automatic and you cannot change it. I got sick from my throat because of the Air from the A/C was too direct to the bed and I’m sure the filters were not clean either. I almost didn’t recognize the hotel when arriving because there was many garbage black bags in front of the Hotel.. I couldn’t believe that was the same hotel from the pictures.

Hotel Hendricks is charming and very convenient. Bar area is great with outdoor seating. Very nice. Also a Rooftop bar with Empire State Building view which is great to have access to .

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything you need. Upon checking in, staff were friendly however, we did feel we weren’t given much information like what time check out was, that you had to swipe your room key to access your floor in the lift etc. The room was clean and was refreshed every day. The tv didn’t seem to have any accessible channels but we didn’t really need to use it so it didn’t really bother us. The room is quiet although the air con can be a bit noisy at times but luckily for us we didn’t need it on through the night. Other than the bits I’ve mentioned all was good.
