The staff was friendly and efficient. We had an issu with the window not closing properly wich make the outside noise worst and they took care of it quickly. There's a lot of restaurant, coffee shop, bars around. There is also a grocery store a few blocks away. The pool is small and only accessible before 5pm. The pool is in the "mr.purple" restaurant/club so maybe not the most family friendly vibe.

FYI earplugs are a must-have for sleeping- bring your own. Otherwise a wonderful experience- clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Very convenient location. I'm looking forward to returning!

The location was amazing, so many brilliants pubs, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all in the Lower East Side/ the hotel doorstep! Also close to multiple subway stops so we managed to get to and from the airports by public transport easily and navigate the city (but manhattan is also easy to walk around which we loved). The pool closed at 5 but even getting back in time for an hour to have a quick dip/ cool off after sightseeing in the summer heat was ideal. The music could be loud in our room as we were the floor above the bar but midweek it didn’t go on too late and if you pick to stay in a lively neighbourhood it’s expected you will hear some sounds of nightlife. Would definitely recommend!

This place was recommended by a friend, we found it to be just ok. Rooms were clean but overall condition of everything was just so-so, dings on the walls, furniture, etc. There is a club that operates on the 15th floor and it was incredibly loud until about 3am. Went to the pool at 5pm and was unable to use it because it was closed. Again, just ok.

Well for starters, their outlets surged and broke my laptop. Mind you I come here for business, I don’t live in nyc. Had to cancel 5 meetings and miss online classes. The maid who works the 8th floor, (my friend was there). She sexually harassed me , I asked , my friend also asked her to close the door 5 times after we said numerous times “My room doesn’t need service please can we close the door” she kept her hand on the door. Beyond inappropriate. Then a man at the front desk for the rest of my stay was beyond rude to the point I actually left a day early and went to the standard, because it was just beyond disrespectful, unprofessional, and disappointing. MIND YOU, I come 2 weeks almost every month and stay at that property or the Wall Street one everytime. (So keep that in mind).
