Loved the staff, they were so attentive, so friendly! The hotel was in a very convenient area, literally 30 seconds from Times Square, and my room was so nice. Will most likely stay again!

Nice stay, great location
The hotel was located a block off Times Square, close to everything . Our room was very small but clean and quiet as it was away from the street. Check in easy, staff super friendly. Room was clean but I did find a candy bar wrapper in the nightstand drawer. Lots of restaurants and bars near by

The hotel was great for what we wanted but it is lacking in amenities. Great location for the theater district, everything is walkable but not so close to Time Square to be loud. Rooms are clean and functional. A tad small but this is Midtown so not unexpected. Would stay there again for a Broadway getaway.

The room was very nice. It was in a spot convenient to walk around Times Square and to get to the subway. However, it is a little hard to find because it is tucked between restaurants with the signage flat against to building. Our beds were tended to, towels replaced daily. The only issues I had are the elevators are so small, and I could feel the humidity in the bedsheets when we went to bed at night. Overall, I would stay there again. The staff is excellent!

Warm room
The only thing we didn't love about the Aura was the room was really warm. We were on the 14th floor and the a/c was stuck at 66 degrees but went from 70 when we walked in at 2:45 pm to 76 the next morning. We like to sleep at about 68-70. It was only about 73 degrees outside so I can't imagine how warm it would've been if it was a typical August day. Otherwise, we had a good experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

This property is not a 4 star hotel It’s not easy to find the sign is not clearly visible There is no cart to transport your luggage The rooms and bathroom is very small I requested room on upper level upon arrival I was told there’s none available. This hotel is close to everything but I would not recommend it for a comfortable stay and four star expectations

It was fine. Clean and reasonably quiet. Small room, which is to be expected in nyc. Not much for amenities. Very small tv. No click in room. Main light switch didn’t work. Again, it was fine enough, but for a week stay, I had hoped for a nicer room.
