This was an amazing stay. Rooms were spacious and clean! 2 min walk to time square and only 10 from 5th avenue! Best location for all the main attractions! Overall was a wonderful stay! Will stay there again when coming to the city!

Everything about the property was great! The service, location, and hospitality was amazing. The only downside was the thermostat in our room was not working as it should be. It was freezing one night and I tried setting the thermostat at a higher temperature and it simply wouldn’t work. Besides that minor inconvenience it was a great stay overall.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location is so conveniently located to so many places of interest, walking is the best way to travel. Just blocks away from Rockefeller Center, etc.

The hotel was super convenient to everything but there were a few things wrong in the room. One of the reading lights wasn’t working. The phone was completely disconnected with no way to reconnect it because the wires were removed. There was no microwave or refrigerator. For the amount of money you spend, you would think it would be alittle better

Clean hotel. I loved that there was solid floors instead of carpet. The only thing that I was unhappy with was that the window was facing a brick wall and there was no sunlight at all coming through.

It was very quiet, but you can hear when people close their doors. The bed and pillows were comfy. The elevators worked great. We were able to store our luggage. The room temperature was perfect. Convenient location.

The location of the hotel was perfect and very convenient. The room was a little small and wish there was a working fan in the bathroom. One inconvenience was the water temperature in our shower was finicky and hard to adjust. We also noticed when we first checked in, that it was not as clean as we had hoped. We found hair from the previous guests here and there especially in the bathroom.

very small rooms (when there's no room for a chair, much less a table, you know you're in trouble. hefty "destination fee" which includes free drinks next door (bud light and wine). if you want a place to land, it's fine. if you plan to spend time in your room, or in some lounge area, not so much. great location.

The property itself is fine. The technology interfaces to manage my reservations and actually speak with a human are very poor. The check in app didn’t work and the front desk didn’t answer the phone despite multiple calls and waiting over 20 minutes for someone to answer. I’m also having problems getting an itemized receipt. I don’t have time for suffering things which should be simple and won’t stay here again
