Location was great but customer service at night shift so bad how staff can yelling to customers?The AC at my room not working and they can't fix anything and no room to switch front desk said you can check out and find another hotel instead at 12:00 am? This is 4 star hotel yes for price and location but not for service.

Great stay! I would stay here again. Great location to see a show and Times Square! Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean. The room is warm - it would be nice to have the room temperature adjustable and a fan in the bathroom would help with the temp. Otherwise it is a great place and would recommend it anyone.

Close to restaurants, theater district and Times Square. Multiple elevators working. Front desk and maintenance staff friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Shower was small in the corner room. Our room was in front of the hotel and street noise was heard in the room.

Came to the city for a quick rendezvous with friends and picked Aura for an overnight stay based on its reasonable price and location convenient to our social plans. Pleasantly surprised by all its other advantages: super pleasant and polite staff, safe on-site luggage storage, comfy beds, and nicely sized, quiet rooms. Would absolutely stay there again!

Ok if you just need a bed
I booked a regular queen room and they put me in a handicapped room instead. It had a hospital smell from over bleaching. There was no plastic cups in the bathroom or paper cups which made the coffee machine useless. There was no luggage rack so your stuff either sits on the floor or table.
