Great Location. Too much Perfume.
Hotel is a bit on the worn side and tho our room in the 'Penthouse' was large for NY it was sprayed with a super sweet scent everywhere, linens, pillows, etc that was headache inducing. The view from the top floor was fantastic. Desk staff was very friendly. Too bad they use paper cups, not glass; that would add some class. Location is excellent.

Conveniently located in Chinatown, but close to Little Italy and Tribeca, we had our choice of dining options. Staff were attentive and courteous. Yes city views were spectacular.

I guess this is a good hotel for Chinatown. But we'd stayed ay a few nice hotels on this trip. And The Mulberry was poor in comparison. Staff wasn't rude. But less helpful than any other place we stayed. Room was very small. But clean.

Hotel Mulberry is an excellent hotel choice. The staff were welcoming and allowed me to store baggage there until my room was ready. The room was perfect for one or two people. Comfy, clean and there is a mini fridge and tv. The area is quiet, but only about 5 minutes from a subway.

The hotel located in Chinatown at the edge of Little Italy was very convenient to 9/11 memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, and subway stops to get all around the city. Staff made excellent recommendations for meals nearby and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We had a room with a balcony and a gorgeous view of lower Manhattan and the Freedom Tower. Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Loved everything about our stay.

Location is fantastic! Morning coffee in the park is great, and close to everything. Staff was very accommodating and we were able to check tons of luggage with them before and after the reservation. Family room was affordable, but still gave two couples privacy and their own space. Will stay again!
