Not up to Hilton / Human standards.
The reviews about the elevators is 100% accurate. They are about as temperamental as a toddler who has lost their favorite toy. According to staff of it is too windy outside the elevator doors will not close. Secondly. The bed feels like you are sleeping on an extremely lumpy slab of limestone. Oh and I hope you like not having any control over the temperate in your room. I kept the thermostat turned down all the way to 67, and could never seem to get the room below 74. If you aren’t into comfort and just need a place to store your bags this would be an ideal place for you. If you are a normal human I’d suggest elsewhere as this property does not live up to the brand standards. I must say one positive thing like my mama taught me. The property is close to a lot of things, so you do have that.

Wasn’t worth the money that I paid stayed a week could have went else where.. Deluxe room back of the buildings view not a city view. Was told I could call for a microwave but I guess it was first come first serve. Much as I paid microwave should have already been in the room didn’t have one for me. My room was next door to an employee entrance all I heard was laughing in closing of the door. From what I saw just by walking around the city other hotels was better.

It's the perfect location! The rooms were much larger than I anticipated. 4 women stayed in one room with 2 queen beds. Plenty of space. Also, there was free water bottles available for us which was a HUGE bonus.. even though it's such a little thing to most people. We were very happy here.

The Hyatt Centric Times Square is a phenomenal hotel. Very close to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Radio City Music Hall, Bryant Park, etc. Everything is just a quick train ride away. Great staff, great rooms, couldn't ask for much more! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was located 1 block from Times Square but far enough away that it allowed for quietness when you wanted it. I liked the compliment coffee and bottled water daily. The room was spacious and the queen beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there agsin

To See Rockefeller Christmas Tree
The hotel was wonderful, great location to Rockefeller Center, Train Station & Bryant Park. Only problem I had was I did not get hot water in the morning to take a hot shower, however the hotel waived my resort fee for that night immediately without having to ask when I checked out. Which was great! The Doormen are incredibly nice; one gentleman in particular we've met over the last couple years. The inhouse food area is very nice & convient.
