Unfortunate hotel pick
Very disappointing stay. The staff is wonderful but the hotel does not use enough people to service all guests. We did not have hot water on any of the 3 mornings we stayed there. We told them about the first day, and it was fixed in about 30 minutes, second morning the same thing happened but we made do and told the hotel about it, they assured that they will take care of it, but on our third and last morning again no hot water, this time we could not overlook it as it was very cold. it took an hour to get it working, 3 visits from 2 engineers. Rooms are very small without any place to store belongings, like shelves or drawers, making it impossible to get room cleaned, since were living out of our bags. 4 elevators are not enough for the 40+ stories and getting out for the hotel in the morning was very difficult.

Great hotel! Easy access, clean and comfortable room. Our room was cleaned every day! :) and that was really nice! Very friendly staff. Great breakfast.! The only negative point are the elevators, you will need some patience the wait for them takes forever.

Hotel was fine, but waiting 20 minutes for the elevator only to have to walk 28 floors down EVERY morning is NOT acceptable. This is a real problem for all guests and does not warrant a return visit.

Original room that we received was very stale smelling, smelt like mothballs. Horrible. The cover of the bed had holes in it and so did one of the pillows, very disgusting. They offered to change the sheets while we went out for the night but upon arrival, sheets were still there or new sheets with holes.. it was late at this point so we called the front desk to let them know. They said they would send someone up, nobody came. Called back and we were given the option to switch rooms but it was so late and the elevators are insanely delayed. The best day we switched rooms and still the same odour, less intense. Just got home today and all my items from the room stink of that terrible musty smell.

We had a nice stay. The room is really small, but we only stayed for one night so it was fine. We had a nice view of the Liberty Tower. A kot of restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking on the street. I would recommend this hotel but only for a short stay.

I absolutely loved it here I am very sad I stayed more nights somewhere else and not here!! The room was so spacious the views were great. I love how the room has a microwave/spacious fridge. Definitely staying here next time!
