Property was a great value, quiet location but near everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was more than I expected.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the facilities are new and well designed. Staff was nice. But the room was very very small. It was even difficult to use our suitcases; there was a tiny closet and no drawers. But the included breakfast was very disappointing. Scrambled eggs from a box, ice cold, some sort of ham-like stuff, and pancakes that were so old and cold they cracked in half. Coffee urn was empty. Reminded me of the worst breakfasts in a $35 highway motel, In New York, one expects something a bit better.

Location is great. Walking distance to subways. Biggest disappointment was the room as the AC is VERY loud. We talk to front desk, who sent a maintenance guy but he said that every room is the same with the same amount of noise. If you are a light sleeper, look somewhere else. Bed is comfy, and they clean the room every day. But the sleeping part was a challenge every night.

For the type of business you are, instead of fake plants you could add real ones. All the other hotels on the block and where my relatives were staying had real plants and it enhanced the surroundings. I also feel that I should be refunded for one night due to the fact that flight delays caused us to check in pass midnight for day 1 of our stay.

Barn door on the bathroom wasn't great, provides zero privacy. A/C was incredibly loud and sporadic. Has to shut it off in the middle of the night to sleep at all. The fire alarms went off at like 7am too, but I totally understand that's not an issue with the establishment, just compounding with the A/C made it quite frustrating

What bothered me is attaching the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner to the wall. This is a nice hotel in the Hyatt family with a high price point. Stop treating guests like petty thieves.

The elevators were terrible crowds waiting for an elevator. When the elevator was going up we jumped on at the 9th floor went up to the 45th by the time it reached the 9th going down it was full. Every time.

The hotel was perfect for our need very close to public transportation walking distance to Times Square loads of shops around comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay but can be improved.

Amazing Hotel
I never leave reviews but I felt this review was a must. I always read reviews but never leave them. This hotel was actually amazing. It was a last minute trip for me and my boyfriend and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The hotel was so clean. The staff was so friendly (which is so uncommon for NYC) the stay included a breakfast buffet with many options, AND a 24 hour gym. The subway and path station were so close by, everything about this one night stay here just was so perfect. Thank you to this hotel for really being a great time. If I’m ever looking to stay in NYC again. This hotel will definitely be the one. Thank you so much!!!!

Pricey for such a tiny room but overall fully met our needs. With so much to do, all we needed was a place to nap and the location was so convenient we could nap mid afternoon and continue exploring late into the evening. It is walkable to main areas but did use the subway given price and ease of use. Lobby was tiny and got crowded. Elevators were the most annoying part of the stay since there are many floors and hotel seemed full so we had to wait a lot. Never ate breakfast but the room looked ok. Did not see gym since feet were dead from all the other walking we did. Overall, loved the experience and would return for the views and cleanliness.
