Quiet and good location and super service
Amazing service and helpful staff. Very quiet rooms. We had a family loft at Seventh floor. No view but large rooms and shower in both rooms Big tv and very good comfort in the room Overall a 4 star hotel and the location SAS great. The connecting restaurant had loud music so we sat outside for breakkfast. But the music wasnt disturbing in the rooms,

Presents as nice but little frustrating
The hotel has a fun vibe and presents as higher end but my bed was squeaky and the pillows were large, cheap Dacron style. When asked if there were other options, they would not offer anything. When asked if I could have a late check out to accommodate a work meeting, they told they me the hotel was 100% booked and couldn’t accommodate a late check out. However, they are still many rooms available through reservations when I checked on the website. Again, didn’t feel as if the staff were considering the request and gave a stock answer.

This is a beautiful hotel, still looks like new. Very contemporary, well appointed. I liked that they would have things like a DJ in the lobby in the evenings, or an artist - just things to make the stay engaging. The room we had (king) was very clean, quiet, and roomy considering it's NYC. The convenient location in NoMad is a huge plus. We spent most of time in Chelsea, the Village, and SoHo - and it was easily walkable to and from the hotel. A 7-minute walk to Penn Station made it easy to get a train to/from Newark Airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay at INNside Chelsea in Manhattan!
We had a wonderful experience at INNside Chelsea. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—safe, central, and within walking distance of many top NYC sights. One big plus for us is that it's so close to FIT, where our son attends college, making visits super convenient. The room size is typical for NYC but very comfortable and spotless. The entire hotel has a bright, airy, and modern feel that’s also welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Manhattan!

Great Hotel in an OK Location
The hotel was wonderful. The rooms are very well designed and very clean. I love the flooring (no carpet). The staff was very good. I did not love the location. It is very "mid-town" and I prefer a neighborhood setting, although it is just a few blocks from Penn Station. The room price varied greatly for the 3 days of our stay from $359 to over $600 (way too much $$$$).

The location of Inside Melia Nomad is convenient, but that’s where the positives end. The rooms are small and basic, with bathrooms that feel cramped. Breakfast is a waste of money – the quality is poor, and service is slow. Overall, it falls short of expectations for the price.
