Arrived in the morning and went to check-in. Had to wait over 20 minutes even to check-in. Was told the room would be ready by 3pm, but didn't receive an email that it was ready until 4:30pm. The "free" bottle of wine isn't even a full sized bottle. When I asked if there was a possibility of a room upgrade, they didn't even answer the question and just kept spewing their rehearsed dialog about the property. The room door doesn't shut properly on its own and the bathroom lock in the room is faulty and difficult to use. Overall, the room is comfortable and the location convenient, but would not stay here again considering the pricepoint.

I planned this stay for my daughter’s birthday and the hotel was beautiful. It was a little stressful there was no bel hop or valet- we were traveling with 4 kids and so many bags so we weren’t expecting that. When leaving there was no bell hop cart available so we had to make many trips with kids back and forth from room to car etc with our stuff. The restaurant was cute and accommodating and the highlight of our stay. When we got back to our room the floor had pretty large puddles of water and we noticed the air conditioner was dripping. Someone came up to help but I couldn’t dial out on the room phones they did not work so I had to call from my cell. The next day when we were all getting ready a maintenance staff just came in our room without asking and said he is there to fix the leak (that was fixed) and it was alarming. Also the hot water did not work for showers. I know the leak was a one off thing and uncontrollable but it was just kind of upsetting. Overall the kids had fun and staff was nice but a few bumps and the luggage thing and no valet definatley made this a very tricky spot for travelers to stay the parking garage was about a 10 min walk, next time I would not be able to stay here being from out of town and having multiple pieces of luggage, logistically it was hard

The hotel was fine. The service was mediocre. We were guaranteed a 3 check in. Our full room wasn't ready till 6 and even then the bedding was dirty- like gross stains in the sheet and comforter. When this was pointed out they did clean the bedding but otherwise failed to make the situation right. For what we paid, this was a crazy disappointment. I would not stay again.

Maria at the front desk went above and beyond! We were 10 hours late checking in, tired and frustrated! Maria offered us water immediately answered all questions and was incredibly kind. Every time Maria saw us, she took the time to make sure we were happy and always offered to help with anything we needed. And above it all, she did it with a smile! Well done! I will stay here again and again

The stay was one of the best hotel stays I have had. The customer service was 10/10, such kind, giving, and helpful staff all around. I would give the stay in total a 9/10, and the only reason it’s not a 10 is because the king bed we stayed in was pretty uncomfortable and extremely noisy, so if you turned at all you would wake up. Everything else about the stay was a 10/10.

I stay with my family for a couple days and it is ok, is good locations and the hotel is new and good maintained. The only issue was that I think is to much money for what you get. Price value is not there
