Very nice stay!
One night stay in NYC. We stayed in suite on 15th floor. Beautiful room with a river view. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location. About a 15 minute walk to Broadway shows. All employees we came in contact with were pleasant and helpful! Would choose this hotel again!

Hotel has cut back since it was split from Kimpton brand. No free coffee, no restaurant, no bar (has rooftop and lobby bar in past), parking expensive, and $40 amenity fee which provides virtually nothing of use.

The room was very small to be so pricey. Also I was overcharged for items in the mini bar I called and no one has yet to get back To me! I also never received a receipt for my stay because I wanted to see a breakdown of the prices and again I called for that and NO ONE got back to me. I’m very disappointed!

Ink48 New York - not as advertised!
Stayed 1 night. Came to New York for a cruise. Picked this hotel specifically because it had a restaurant and was a 2 block walk away from Pier 88. The online description and videos make this hotel look high end and clearly states they have a restaurant and roof top bar. After getting stuck in 2 hours of traffic from airport we were ready to go straight to the restaurant and have a nice dinner. At check in we were told the restaurant has been closed for renovations and roof top bar has been closed for 2 months. This also means no room service which they clearly state as a room amenity. The view out our room window was an ugly run down building, not at all what their website shows. When we got into bed, the bed sheet had holes in it. The bathroom shower floor needed a better cleaning, therefor we skipped showering. The only good things I can say is the check-in staff was very nice and recommended restaurants within walking distance. The a/c in our room worked great. I’m glad we were only here for 1 night. This hotel needs to update their website to remove the deceptive advertising and be truthful about their true on-site working amenities.

Well we had no AC I had to switch room the following day , thanks to the daily manager who was great unlike the night one .once they switch my room it was a nice stay also I would like to say that the fitness center did not have AC during my stay and no restaurant on the promises has it was in renovation

We stayed in a Hudson Suite - it appeared that the hotel has changed their room rates and we jumped at the chance to stay in one of these suites. Great room, panoramic view of the Hudson. Definitely stay here again if the rates stay reasonable. Only bad aspect of the stay was that the rooftop bar was closed.

Great if you spend extra $ for a high floor room
We’ve stayed at Ink48 many times. We’ve always enjoyed the views, the amenities & the comfort. This overnight stay was for a sleep before leaving for a cruise the next morning. We got the cheapest accommodation due to that fact. We were on the 4th floor facing the street. The noise was off the hook, the air conditioning didn’t work. It was the only bad experience we have had at Ink48
