LY NY hotel is a new fairly new hotel and it's staff is very helpful. Only thing which is not so good is with limited parking area. Anyway, in NYC this is common, cannot complaint to much on that. Overall, I recommend this place to stay.

I always visit this property but last visit wasn’t good room door lock wasn’t working they refused to change my room until the tv wasn’t working they took a half hour to a hour to figure it out and finally change my room so my time was took that I paid for

A few times had to complain for the smell of marijuana on the property and especially on our floor. I am an asthmatic and it really affected me.
