This hotel might *one day* be nice, but not right now. They are still working on the building, and not all of the amenities are ready for the public, including the car chargers in the parking lot not being useable (something even the front desk did not know--and something that would have come in handy before driving to the hotel in an EV). The room itself was fine, small but fine, and the building was relatively quiet. Close proximity to LGA (12 minutes), if that's your concern as it was mine. Mattress was comfortable, moreso than I was expecting, so that's good.

I had a horrible experience at LY hotel, my room was filthy upon arrival, with dust everywhere, a dirty floor, and trash left from the previous guest. Despite booking a king-size bed, I was given a queen, and the amenities were lacking—minimal towels and a dirty mini-fridge that room service cleaned in my presence instead of before delivery. The noise all night from people yelling in the hallways and a fire alarm made it impossible to sleep, and to make matters worse, the front desk and room service were completely unresponsive, even after I called multiple times. The staff has no respect for customer's comfort or privacy. When I tried to address these issues with management via email, they didn't even bother to respond. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nice hotel, I think they are still working on it. A little loud at night and I had to request that they clean my room several time. But the staff if super nice and friendly, just need to work out the kinks.

Great option not far from the hospital and the airport. Restaurants food was also fast, delicious and affordable.

This hotel was not in the best area. However, the staff were fair. The room was high tech but with limited instructions. Building was under construction but had nice parts about it. there was a restaurant in the hotel, but I could not smell any food cooking. The building almost looks like a dormitory or a Prison.

It's a pretty decent hotel given it's ~9 minutes from New York LaGuardia Airport. A bit of internal noise My Gripes: 1. NO EARLY CHECK IN. I was an hour early and they stated their check in was at 3 on the dot. No exceptions. So they are strict. I can only hope reason is to properly ensure a clean tidy room. 2. NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE. The room I had none of these appliances. Now Imget a microwave is a bit more rare to see, but a mini fridge is usually standard. Or upon request at least. So no leftovers 3. Entrance is a confusing for RideShare Apps and Food Delivery. I couldn't find my Ubereats driver for a good 6 minutes while outside in the dark trying to get my supper 4. Keycard can just randomly stop working. I was able to use it for floor access but, I couldn't open my room so I had to go to the desk to get that fixed because it was partially working. 5. Minimal toiletries and furniture* **More of "nice to haves" No lotion. They had Bar soap, comb, shaving kit, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and shower cap. It would be better to have lotion, rid the slippers or the comb and provide lotion instead. The lack of a dresser to plan out outfits. Fortunately, there's a rack with few hangers. 6.Door's secondary lock wasn't done well can't lock the door for extra security, just deadbolt, not safe. What I like: Close Bus Stop. I just took to bus and used the free transfer to subway, vice versa. Inside restaurant open a till 11 pm Aesthetic

When we arrived at the hotel at midnight, I was told our reservation is canceled because of overbooking, and there was nothing they can help. They said they sent the email at 7pm, but i didn’t receive any notification and my Expedia reservation was still active. Will never book hotel with them any more.
