Very nice, quiet room. Let down by a midnight fire alarm and lift issues that made it hard to get to the right floor. Lifts are also shared with the public going to the bars on the top floor. Lobby is on the 7th floor so we only visited at check in and out.

This hotel really is very quiet in the middle of a very noisy city. We were skeptical, but its true thankfully. The location was also perfect, and everything was extremely clean. If you are on the fence about staying here, then i hope this helps. I would stay here 10 of 10 times.

Great location. lots of things to do. Only issue was late at night on the 2nd night of our stay the fire alarm went off. We were on the 28th floor and that was a bit nerve racking.

Hotel was well kept, service was really pleasant, bed was comfortable. Gave me an early checkin and a room upgrade for $20. Housekeeping came in at 9am and there was no do not disturb hanger. Right in times square but also felt relaxing Pool is open year round and heated. Nice touch for the area. It's not a value stay. Paying a premium. Not sure I would spend the extra again but they delivered on what they should've.

Valet was very helpful. front desk & bell staff friendly and helpful.room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Security staff was also present for any needs. We had drinks at the rooftop bar view was beautiful I wish the drink & meal options were the same at the bar on the lower level. We did have dinner & drinks at the 7th floor bar. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Every single employee I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Actually having housekeeping service every day was nice and unexpected. The property was clean and stylish. The only issue that needs to be fixed are the elevators. They were slow and confusing to use. I would stay here again.

Well, this was definitely the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in, but we understand that New York real estate is at a premium. Everything was tastefully done and very clean. I don’t think you go and stay in Times Square to stay in your hotel room, so it was very sufficient for our stay. Staff was on top of it very friendly and professional.

1st the change my room for water leak. 2 the room the change me to didn’t have a better view like the one before. Went to eat breakfast took too long to take care us manager on the cell phone and only one employee taking care the tables. All tables duty from the people before us they wasn’t picking up the tables.
