The property is run down the rooms are worn and out dated. Stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, furniture had a number of scratches and was peeling. The AC did not work and the room had a damp odor to it. No business center I arrived early and needed a place to work they sent me to the 2nd floor claiming it was their business center it was dark cubbies with one stool right in front of elevator doors so every time the elevator opened it was loud. The stool was too high for cubbies and I had to sit there for 3 hours. No room service or coffee or water station. The front desk was rude when I got in laughing at me stating no rooms till 4 but come back at 3 and maybe my room would be ready. I went back at 330 and was told no one goes up before 4 and promises should never be made then there was an a fuss behind the desks as to who gets the next room finally I was given my room key. I asked about restaurants they told me check my phone app. The 2nd front desk attendant was nicer and trying to help but it was disturbing to hear them fighting over he gets the next room. Once I got to my room I had a knock on the door from maintenance telling me my toilet was broken they cane in looked at and said they would be back 30 to 45 min later one maintenance man came back the toilet was not broken the toilet paper holder was broken so he replaced it. The cleaning service team was nice and helpful But all and all I was disappoint in this property.
