Nice, clean hotel, well priced in a very central location. No in room tea or coffee making facilities. But they did have free water and soda which was very welcome. Breakfast was included in a cosy lounge with outdoor rooftop terrace which was lovely. Towels were small and a little frayed. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Lovely room and perfect for a short trip to the city to go to the opera. Fabulous continental breakfast, and walking distance to Korea town -- one of the best very late night dining options in the city. All in all, love this hotel for the price and will be staying here on return visits for sure!

The hotel has a nice vibe and the location is top notch. Room was a little small but it had two chairs and a table 🙂 Bathroom and bed were positives. Terrace is modest but still cool.

There wasn't much I actually liked. The odor when you first walk intonthe lobby was overwhelming and made me nauseous, the guude nubers in the hall ate either missing or broken making it confusing to find your room, the bathroom sink was cracked, the glass shower door did not line up cauding it not to close and getting the bathroom extremely wet, the mirror stand under the TV had some kind of sticky gel all over it and the same stand the mirro finish was i very bad shape and the heat and A/C in the room wasnt reliable it got very hot in the room in the evning with the A/C set at 66 degrees and the noise from the garbage men first thing in the morning outsdie the window in the alley was very loud!! The walls seem to be very thin as we could hear both neighboring rooms very clearly on what they were saying or doing. I would never book thjs property again or refer it to anyone! Oh yeah, the continental breakfast would be put to shame by a motel 5!!

Nice hotel but misleading promotion.
The hotel offered a “complimentary” continental breakfast, yet imposed a $45+ per night charge to cover such items as the breakfast. The clerk at checkout said this was disclosed in our confirmation but I didn’t notice it. Perhaps it was in the “fine print.” In any event, it was a misleading practice.
