Room was more like a very nice dorm room. Staff at the front desk seemed inept. Nice part of manhattan to stay in. The restaurant looked nice, but I never had time to eat there.

Very dog friendly, good restaurant for breakfast, didn’t like bathroom sink in the room and there was no desk in the room. Don’t recommend if you need work space. Oddly no closets or dresser either. 2 drawers and a safe under the bed. Overall very good.

Nice little room in a convenient location. Only negative comments are the bathroom has a sliding door that did not close all the way and the bed is on a platform against the window so you have to clamber over the bed to get to the far side.

The property is in a good location and convenient to a lot of restaurants and points of interest. All rooms have a small refrigerator but most of them didn't work. The hotel calls the mini-refrigerators "iceboxes" instead of servicing or replacing the mini-refrigerators.

I was extremely impressed by this hotel, it was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in NYC over the years, rooms were impeccably clean, live entertainment Saturday nights was lovely, the lounge was very spacious with lots of outlets, and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was modern and bed was very comfy. I didnt like that the sink is in the room and not the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door is a slider and is so heavy you can get a hernia pulling it open. However, the staff was great. Would stay again.

Property had a great vibe and staff were friendly. The rooms didn't have any closets though. Some other reviews in hindsight pointed that out so just adding my 2 cents. We were fine by some heavier travellers may need to take that into consideration.
