Extremely convenient location for a few days in Manhattan. Wonderful and helpful staff, up to date amenities. Love the complementary water and snack in the rooms and the $10 points per day to get coffee from the cafe; very welcoming and warm idea (it's amazing how just the little things makes a big difference)

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I traveled solo and the space was spacious enough for me. The rooms have a cleverly compact design, I found them comfortable and big enough for me. I particularly appreciate the customer service received from all staff members but especially Lisbeth S., who promptly addressed my requests. I would definitely stay here again. Times Square is just a few steps away and everything is within walking distance. I’m very pleased overall.
