Best thing about this rather Spartan hotel—no closet, no chair, etc., but an okay bed, plus shower and sink and toilet—is that it’s just 2 minutes to Times Square and all the theaters. Best taxi service: walk to 6th or 7th depending on where you want to go.

Clean, new, good location, had a decent view. Everything was great! Size is small but expected in NYC. The rooms had doors that are locked but could be connected to the other rooms. We didn't mind it that much though. Overall, would recommend.

Lobby was very busy and crowded, when I walked in I was not greeted by staff. When I waited at the front desk to speak with someone regarding check-in, no one lifted their head to acknowledge me or say hello. Room was very small, luckily I was only staying for a night. Hotel was nice, really meant for sleeping and getting ready - not hanging out in.

Hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions. However, the rooms are very tiny even by Manhattan standards. The shower and toilet are enclosed in two adjoining ‘booths’ in the room and the water from the shower leaked into our toilet ‘booth’. In addition, the sink is right when you walk out of the shower which is not ideal. Hotel staff were helpful but we had to call twice to ask that someone collect our trash and refresh our towels (being such a tiny room), it was necessary to get this done. The queen bed is set against the window/wall, so be prepared to climb over the bed if there is more than one person sleeping in the bed.

on arrival, cheerful receptionist greeted me, told me about rooftop lounge. I went up and was in an area of astro turf and beachy chairs. there was a locked glass door to the area where people were having drinks. Through the glass, the waiter told me I had to go to the lobby and go the hotel next door to get in. When I told another receptionist about this in the morning, she was less than pleasant. I did not like that at all. The room was clean and well thought out for small space. My reading light did not go off on one side and on the other it did not come on at all. Otherwise all good.

One week in NYC

Clean, but very small rooms. Unfortunately there was no microwave in the room and neither in the reception. The one in the restaurant was not possible for us to use either, which makes it difficult when you’re traveling with a child. The helpfulness of staff varied quite a lot. The fantastic guy who checked us in and out was amazing and should get a raise, as well as the very nice woman who helped us collect packages during our one week long stay. The ones simply dismissing our questions regarding where to heat our child’s food should probably ask their managers how to better handle similar situations in the future to avoid losing paying customers.

Overall cool experience

Stayed five nights and overall was cool experience! Luggage storage service was Free of charge and the room was compact and neat. But by the fourth day of the morning, the fire alarm rang for several times without any reason.
