Very very poor. AVOID!
Receptionists are very rude (almost all of the 5). Poor service throughtout my 9 nights stay. There are about 4 to 5 moments that could have turned into a fight if they had a really bad tempered customer rather than me.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent! Our room was tiny, but clean. However, housekeeping didn't come one day we were there. The restaurant wasn't great - it was dusty and the food was disappointing. We only went because we were given a credit. Still not worth it. But since there are so many other food options close by, don't let this deter you.

Touring Time Square
Room was small but for the price and very convenient location in Times Square it was perfect! The restaurant was great, we ate lunch and dinner there. Having a bar in the lobby was convenient. The staff was very pleasant. The area felt safe considering you are in the city. If wanting to tour the city this is a very convenient location. Easy to catch uber.

Perfect for 1st timer in NYC
The hotel is perfect from beginning to the end. It’s clean and friendly. The location is super. It closes to all that the visitors can ask for. Time squares, Central Park, empire building, hudson yard, 911 memorial, Wall Street, Statue of Liberty, etc are all at reachable location. The only little thing to complain about is the noise from the air con. It woke me up several times on the first night. Since I changed the fan to lo, it’s ok for the rest of our stay.

The location is great. The staff is a hit or miss, we had some really friendly and helpful staff and other encounters that were not pleasant at all. Like when we were checking out and I tried to get an explanation on the bill, she just kept repeating the same thing with more and more attitude even though I tried to tell her it was not clear. I left without still fully understanding why the $10 a day discount that they assured us could be combined with our rooms was not. The shower/bathroom situation is also really unusual and not practical. There is no privacy whatsoever as the shower in one open space with the bed and the glass is frosted. there is nothing in the shower like a shelf or hook so you are forced to come out of the shower (basically into the room entrance) to brag toiletries or a towel. Not sure I would stay there again for the price/value.

Not bad!
Upon arrival, the receptionists were not friendly, but the next day there were different receptionists who were very friendly and helpful. The elevators are slow at specific times, causing great inconvenience. The hotel's printer was failing and made it difficult to check the final bill. Very expensive for what little it offers.
