Super Service

Had issues with my phone and House Engineer and safety officer first checked on me as I tried to call front desk 3 times in a row with no answer.. House Engineer Shoba worked on it for a while.. Replaced phone checked wiring.. He realized it would be a longer issue. As I was going to leave room he advised he would continue when room was empty as he may need to chg wires. SUPER service!

Room Temperature

It was so hot in the room all three nights of our stay. We had the air conditioner set at 66 degrees but it wouldn't get cooler than 70 degrees until sometime after midnight, when it would slowly become somewhat cooler.

Upscale but affordable close to so much!

It was somewhat clean and surprisingly spacious for a new york city hotel in time square. I stayed at a lot of new york hotels over the years but i think this was the spacious and most quietest.
