I was given a room with a Murphy Bed that was too high and uncomfortable. I was told I could move to another room. However, it would have taken too much effort to repack my things. I had to hope off the bed and climb onto the bed. The representative said they could waive the destination fee for one night. I really love this hotel because of its convenience. This was my third stay. I am rather disappointed with my stay. One of things I most look forward to is a comfortable bed.

The rooms were small but very well thought out. I didn't feel cramped at all. There were usually 3 men standing by elevators to give directions but no one to hold entrance door open and doors were not automatic, which is inconvenient when coming in with luggage. Would like coffee pot in room and it would have been nice to have gym access or bar credit while waiting for room to be ready.

It was at the center of Times Square but yet on a side street so it felt tucked away. It was walking distance to my event. The manager and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms small but was hardly in them. Had free towels and showers lotions. Hairdryer and steamer iron. Rooms were clean and tidy with free bottled water. Location is spot on with a short walk to Times Square. Used train from JFK with a 8 min walk from underground to hotel. Staff spot on and helpful. Would stay again if I ever go back to New York. If your after luxury this is the place, aircon is loud though it drowned out the traffic and sirens.
