The staff was incredibly friendly, my partner and I became very sick with food poisoning and they were very helpful and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. I docked one star just because the beds were very uncomfortable, especially since my partner and I were cooped up for a full day, we really got to feel how uncomfy they were. However, as trips to New York usually involve little time spent in the rooms, I’d still recommend.

We absolutely loved this location for our vacation. It was right behind Times Square so very easy to walk to most things around. The staff was great and very kind! We got the over bunk bed for our kids and they loved that in the hotel! Definitely will be back to this location!
