Probably one of the best located hotels I’ve been to in NYC. Very modern and I love the aesthetic and the view of the city is okay. One of the worst things about this hotel is the AC unit. This thing is so obnoxiously loud… and it starts maybe around every 10m

The hotel was clean and the staff was really great. The location is right off Times Square so a great location if you are going to a Broadway show or want to be near Rockefeller Center. My only complaint is that the room was very small. The shower and water closet are essentially in the room. It would be great for one person for sure. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend.

The room was very clean, and the lobby had a delightful scent. Safety was also a priority, as only hotel guests with a room key could access the elevators for the upper floors. Despite the small size of the rooms, they were just spacious enough for my needs, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The only drawback was the loud sound of the air conditioning unit coming on and off throughout the night affecting my sleep schedule.

We loved the location with easy access to theaters, time square, and subways. The hotel room felt upscale but cozy and it was quiet at night. Their shampoo and conditioner was great! We enjoyed the small bar and lounge area as well. Staff was great about giving recommendations and directions. This was our first trip to NYC and would stay here again!
