Great location, small well designed room
Tiny room, but totally acceptable in NYC. It's a modern place with well designed rooms to be space efficient. One side of the queen bed was up against the window. There is about a foot to scoot around the end and 4 feet between the bed and start of the shower- toilet or sink area. It all works, but it's small.

The rooms are too tiny. Same as sister property next door. The other draw back is that there’s no free breakfast like there sister property next door. I don’t think I would stay here again. I would pay the few extra dollars to stay at there sister property right next door Home 2 Suites for a double the size room and free breakfast.

Great location, helpful staff. Resort fee of $60 a night, included the use of nearby gym, one bike rental a day, bottled water, and $10 at the bar -- although it was a little confusing. We didn't get water in the room on the second day, and why only 1 bike rental for two of us? it's only for 30 minutes anyway. Room was too tiny -- no chance for modesty, can't change in the bathroom or shower area. HVAC was very noisy, but they do supply earplugs! Lobby was very busy, and so space around desk and elevators was very congested because of small area. Pretty lobby, rooms are new. Bar has happy hour -- including $1 oysters!

The hotel is in a great location and the room is clean. But I found the reception snobbish and impatient. They also charged $75 destination fee upon checkin which was in addition to what I have paid. So be careful for the surprise.

The location is amazing and the service was exceptional. The only downfall is that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect and I have no complaints.
