Hotel is less than 10 min walking distance to Times Square, 25 min from the LGA. Everyone is super nice and room was very clean and quiet. I recommend

Fab location, great service, nice hotel overall
We were on the 15th floor, corner room, so had plenty of light from the windoes, a little noisy up until 3am on the weekends, but to be expected and cos we were higher up, the music was thumping, but did this not bother us, especially if you know when you go to New York there's a lot of walking, so by being out the full day, tires you out anyway. Free mini waters, cans of soft drink, sweets at reception on some of the days when available. Shame there is only one lift that goes down to the baggage room, vending machine (think gym which we didn't use). Overall the location of the hotel was fantastic right along 7th avenue, where Time Square is. would definitely stay again.

We stayed for four nights in July 2024 as a family of two adults and two teenagers in a bunk bed room. While the room was acceptable, we found the hotel overall to be less than clean, the wait for the lift was often quite long. We were excited to rent the complimentary Polaroid camera included with our stay, but unfortunately, they had no film available, which rendered it rather pointless.

It was quite loud at and around the hotel but the hotel was fine. Definitely more on the ‘trendy’ side. Loud music everywhere but not a fault of the hotel. Just a bit of guidance if people want to stay here. The location is great for being central in manhattan.

Early in our stay, we were on a lower floor and found the street noise very disturbing to our sleep. The staff quickly and competently rectified the situation and assigned us a much quieter room. Nice property and great staff.

I didn’t like the fact that they said it was going to be a deduction of $35 USD, and instead of that they had charged me $172.10 . Secondly the receptionist told she was going to email the invoice and she never did, so I don’t know why I was charged with the $172.10 usd. Thirdly the room had some human hair in the window and in the bathroom, plus the bathroom wasn’t clean properly it has a lot of missing spots of tooth paste around the outside walls. And last the room was very tiny .

A great hotel in Times Square. Great location, good size rooms with great shower/wet room. I like the arrangement with the basin outside the shower/toilet. Quiet enough given the location. Staff very helpful. Can fill up water bottle in gym, which is very useful.

Overall an excellent stay and looking froward to returning! • Can’t beat the location. Excellent selection of dining options nearby and in the building. • Unique decor, comfortable and cozy vibes in common areas and room. • Room was exceptionally clean. • Shower emitted a musty smell, but was told this is typical of pipes in older buildings in NYC. • Bathroom fan would have been appreciated to reduce humidity. • Stash closets are a nice touch, but lacking supplies sometimes. • Only received housekeeping once during our nearly one week stay. • Safe and secure lobby and elevators.
