The manager and staff was so indifferent, unprofessional and invasive and rude. They were so disrespectful, deliberately tried to antagonize me. Hostile crazy environment I don’t work there. I’m a guest! biased, prejudicial behavior It’s disgusting and it will not be tolerated. I’m certainly not staying there for free. It’s my money my money.. The actions of the general manager, Ari was completely illegal. Defamation. He lacks the leadership skills to make decisions. Well decisions that makes sense.. It will not be forgotten the WHY! taking legal actions. They know why.

It was centrally located to everywhere I needed to get to in Brooklyn. Everything was in walking distance. Hotel and room were clean. Will definitely stay again.

I need to emphasize that this hotel was listed as a 3.5-star hotel. How is that possible? Even on Google, it is listed as a 4-star hotel. Who has given these ratings? I have stayed in many hotels with star ratings ranging from 2 to 6, and this hotel is definitely not more than 2 or at most 2.5 stars. It doesn't even have a stand-alone lobby—the lobby doubles as the breakfast area and lacks comfortable couches, loveseats, or chairs. The amenities are very limited. For a 2-star hotel, it could be a good hotel, but since it is categorized as a 3.5 to 4-star hotel, I must rate it low to help others understand what they are booking. Sorry, Nu Hotel! The breakfast was very basic. The room was not bad, but there was no microwave, and the refrigerator was a tiny bar fridge that could barely hold anything.

The insanity continues a terrible disgusted behavior of the staff housekeeping refused to give me shower gel shampoo, any amenities, front desk manager, they were cameras on the housekeeping they suddenly appeared the so-called general manager Ari I have no words, but utter disappointment. Lacking leadership skills. these people would not leave me alone There will be a suit I investigation thoroughly done

The location works for me when visiting my son in Brooklyn. The hotel is generally nice and the staff are polite. The free breakfast is acceptable with bagel, cereals, beverages, eggs, and fruit. Adding an omelette would be a nice upgrade.

The only thing I don't like is that breakfast is always the same. If you have more than 3 days left, they should vary it. It's very boring to eat the same thing every day. They should also be careful to stock the bathroom supplies.

This was not a 4-star hotel. It was a nice 3-star hotel. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was fine - although it was disappointing to be served Thomas's bagels in NYC. The doors in bathroom didn't close all the way. The beds and linens were fine, but nothing special. I think I just had higher expectations for the luxury level since it was listed as a 4-star hotel. There was nothing luxurious about it.
