This is one of the best hotels in NYC. I’ve stayed twice and each time it was clean, the staff were very personable, and it’s so conveniently located that you can walk almost anywhere. The bar was welcoming and comfortable and everyone treated us like we were family. We can’t wait to stay again! This will be our only NYC hotel destination!

For a relatively expensive hotel, the facility was just OK (looked much nicer in the photos). It’s in a great location, and all of the staff are professional and nice. The room was not particularly luxurious or extra comfortable, but it met our needs for our stay in Manhattan.

Great location. Fluffy pillows. There were extra charges when I checked in which was annoying. Also the door man welcomed me outside on the sidewalk but did not hold the door for me which I thought was strange and a bit useless.
