Fabulous location - walk to every major tourist section of NYC. Although in the heart of NYC, you walk in and feel safe and taken care of. Staff were so kind and helpful. Bar and Restaurant on floor 6 was a perfect getaway. We had three of us in the room with the pull out single sofa..perfect for a mom and two teens!

The hotel itself is great and well maintained. You can not beat the location and neighborhood. Our room was extremely small with a full bed in lieu of a queen as booked. Two people made for a very tight cramped experience. Service was capable but not very warm. For the price there may be better options.

It was our first time in NYC, we had planned to visit many of the major sights and sounds. The hotel is perfectly located, the staff are so friendly and we would stay here again on our next visit. Close to Times Square, next to 5th Ave, subways within 5 mins and bus stops near by, it couldn’t have been more convenient.

This was our 2nd time staying here and I highly recommend getting a premier room as the regular room is a bit small. We had one of each so it was easy to see the differences. The property is in the perfect location if you are planning on doing all the NY Christmas activities. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great except for one of the evening staff at Branch( the bar). He struggled making drinks and had no clue on what glass to use. I got a cosmo martini in a tiny cordial glass( of course it was 1/2 a drink for the full price). I then switched to a vodka, crab and soda and it came 1/2 full. I brought it to his attention and he said he forgot to add the soda??? Okay then when you saw the glass 1/2 full why didn’t you fill it with more cranberry. It was just odd. HIGHLIGHT OF THE STAY WAS MARLYN! She was 10 out of 10!!! Welcoming, pleasant, accommodating and attentive! I just loved her. I would have given the hotel 5 stars for everything but the experience at Branch made it a four. I will definitely be back and hope I can give Branch another try. Again, shout out to Marlyn! You are a Rockstar!
