Lovely hotel, the staff were incredible. We went to branch the new Terrace lounge and the food was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, well capped, housekeeping staff did a lovely job. Highly recommend! Great location!

Perfect Anniversary trip
We absolutely LOVED our stay!! Arlette made our trip amazing! She upgraded our room and also sent up a bottle of wine to celebrate our Anniversary!!! The location is perfect. Bryant Park is right across the street and it’s so beautiful. Definitely recommend and we will be back !
