Our room was clean and comfortable. Free water and coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location in front.of Bryant Park. There is a very good restaurant in the lobby. They have a very good bar on the 6th floor with a terrace.

There was a hair on the toilet and would have been nice to choose the flavor of the one free soda provided . Aside from those two things and the banging of not quiet doors slamming shut next to my room, all was fine/well

A gem!
Wonderful hotel with attentive staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms are well appointed and quiet. The black out shades are much appreciated. Location is great directly across the street from Bryant Park and the NY Public Library and a quick stroll to Times Square and the theater district. Will stay again.

Loved everything, the safe area and service with the staff was great. The Terrace on the 6th floor was so perfect too! Great amenity! Only negative thing was the pillows. They were by far the worst pillows I have ever slept on. I would recommend getting better one for a better sleep for the patrons.
