We had a wonderful stay at the Park Terrace Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The service was outstanding and truly made our visit special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Park Terrace Hotel provided a lovely stay. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Common areas are pleasant. The private lounge area was a nice setting for a drink or to meet friends. The staff were helpful and very welcoming.

First time, but not our last at this hotel. Lovely modern touches with a warm, cozy vibe. Perfectly located in midtown. Bryant Park is right out the door to enjoy. Staff were wonderful and room quiet and comfortable. A gem for sure!

Hotel is very clean and centrally located. Rooms are small but comfortable and well designed to maximize space. Service was excellent and the hotel provides some extra comforts that are appreciated for a long day in the city: yoga mats in-room, umbrellas, and gym/sauna. Branch member/guest lounge was nearly empty every day and didn’t have much of a vibe, but service was excellent and drinks were great. The attached Italian restaurant is good. Bryant Park area doesn't have many great restaurants close by but the subway is 1.5 blocks away so it’s easy to get around the city quickly. I would definitely stay again.
