The service and the attitude of people was like “it is what it is”, which is the worst you can do in hospitality services. They don’t even have a water cooler in the lobby.

Its in a ritz location and there little sushi shops around and little stores to go too. Its convienant . If you need a place to lay your head and go . I will be doing this again. Its not scary its fancy looking

It’s a closet with a bunk bed. No temp control A/C. Bathroom isn’t attached. Don’t let the photos fool you it’s not worth it. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

I stayed at Pod Hotel during the UN General Assembly when rooms were scarce and running out quickly. It wasn’t my first choice, but I chose it with no expectations. The staff was welcoming, and the location turned out to be perfect. The rooms are small but clean, which is expected for a “Pod.” I initially booked a room without a private bathroom due to unavailability from high demand but upgraded to one the next day. I recommend getting a room with a private bathroom for added comfort. Overall, a pleasant stay

I think this was great if you're looking for functional not fancy. I was very comfortable, but missed some amenities like a refrigerator. The location was fantastic. The best part was how accommodating and responsive the staff was. I'd certainly come here again.
