Room was clean and reasonable quiet. There were only 2 washrooms on the 11th floor, was expecting 4 as advertised. Usually only had to wait 5 min or so. Hotel staff were great and kept the property very clean

This is the second time I stayed while running NYC marathon. Rooms are tiny (important to note some share hall bathrooms) but I felt it was clean and safe, nice neighborhood near subway. Rooftop and outside garden are very nice and there is a little coffee shop. Great for solo traveler. The street is noisy but it’s NY.

We arrived earlier than check-in time, and the staff coordinated our available room. I like most of the place, but there is few thing I didn't like. The AC wasn't clean. The screen panel on AC was dusty. The sink was small, and water dripped over the edge after I washed my face. I had to place the face towel at the edge of the sink to block the water dripping to the floor. The size of the room was okay for me. The carpet was so stinky. It smelled like someone's dirty foot. It was for only the entrance door area.

Our flight came in AM and when we got to the hotel, the room was available and we were able to check in early.. staff very nice and friendly. Would recommend and will be coming back

The hotel is located around 15 minutes from 5th avenue, nice location The heating and cooling system noises is insane and most probably you won’t be able to sleep easily.

all I wanted was a convenient location to sleep near times square. this was exactly that. First time in NYC, and I was a little worried about safety since I didn't know the area. but it was a very safe walkback at night.
