Great stay, facilities are nice and the price paid at the time of booking was fair. They advertise 'complimentary coffee' in the mornings but it's just a Keurig machine they set up.

The location is conveniently located near the subway and shops. The rooms are very small - and I mean very small. But, the common areas make up for it. Lots of places to sit and have a coffee or plug in and work. One recommendation I have is that they make the board games available for a longer time. Those would be nice to access in the evenings.

Great room and hotel
We had the “extra” queen room which was worth the extra cost. Bed was comfortable, staff was super friendly, and location in Williamsburg is perfect. Close to shops and restaurants and close to subway stations.

This hotel advertises self parking but be aware that it’s actually valet. They insist on keep your keys and if you check the parking lot reviews on google, there’s a bunch of people saying that things have been taken from their cars. When I called the hotel to report that it wasn’t self parking they hanged up on me. Expedia ended up giving me a partial refund.
