Great hotel ! Very close to the train. View of 9/11 memorial was great to wake up to. Staff was wonderful. Check in/out was extremely smooth. I have zero complaints. I’d definitely stay here again 🙃 Thanks Cloud One!

The room is nice, small as is common in Manhattan. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Five stars for that. The toiletries and hair dryer however, seriously lacking. No shower cap, no body lotion, etc and the hair dryer not very good. It was weak.

I booked a reservation a month and some days in advance for the stay. I called on the way to the facility and they said they couldn’t find my reservation that I booked for a superior king, and said they had no more rooms for superior with the view. I was very disappointed that I wasn’t able to be in the room I originally booked for. The room we had was very small, with not a good view.
