Adequate stay but issues with noise & parking
I would rate this hotel 3 stars. The room was adequate and met my basic needs, but there were a few issues that affected my stay. The room was located on the first floor, and it was quite noisy throughout the night as guests moved through the hallway. A reminder for guests to keep noise levels down after hours might help improve the experience for others. Additionally, the hotel has limited parking spaces. I had to park offsite and was provided with a voucher, but it didn’t work for the garage, which meant I had to pay the full $35 parking fee to exit. Overall, I would consider returning, but only if the price is more reasonable.

This property looked better online than in person. It has a small parking lot and not enough spaces. Overflow parking is in the parking garage 2 blocks away. Not acceptable. It was hard to sleep as our room was on the first floor next the front desk so it was noisy. No access to Marketplace for snacks without the front desk staff because they had to swipe in. Room was ok. Small bathroom. Best oart was firmness of mattress. Every night when we came back to the room, our key would not work. And no, its not because our phones demagnitized them. Basic stay. Wish i would have stayed somrwhere else.

The worst hotel I've ever been . They assigned me a room in the basement, there is no AC with one window that face to the parking lot so if you open you get the fumes of the cars, the bathroom has not ventilation, so when you use he toilet all the odor go to the room.

Stayed in C level. “Under ground” level .. the staff is constantly cleaning down there and making noise . If you’re a light sleeper, vacuuming, doors being “slammed”(sounds like that) closed . And very little sun light down there.

Room was unusual - blue lights all around the base of the room - not an issue - just different. Breakfast was nice. You would not feel safe walking the area around the hotel at night. But then it is the Bronx, so it is probably normal.
