It was good overall. I found 3 minor problems. It was too dark in the room. The shower was slow to drain. The sink and faucet don't work well together, making difficult to use the sink. The faucet needs to be higher or/and longer to work well with sink.

Staff is respectful and the property as a whole is nice. The place is not next to anything so you do have to walk for a long time to get to a train. The room seemed clean but the bed sheet had a stain on it. The room doors all have to be slammed shut to close and make a harsh sound so you'll hear whenever someone is in and out on your floor.

We stayed during Christmas 2024 and chose the hotel due to the price in comparison to staying in the city and the proximity to subway. I would say this location is not for the weak. It is in a somewhat secluded industrial area and the subway is about a 10 min walk. Walking to and from the hotel during the day was fine but it was a bit intimidating walking at night (ie. secluded area, abandoned warehouses, abandoned cars). The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, it’s a good bang for your buck. As long as you are aware of your surroundings or use a car to get dropped off you should be fine.

Great place for a Getaway
Second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. Rooms are modern and comfortable, the view from the King/City View is awesome and is a vibe of its own. Only down side is not much around withing walking distance and you will have to order from somewhere.

The hotel constantly had fights at night time and made it hard to sleep. It also smelled of smoke the entire time we were there probably from the room next to us. We also saw a big bug inside of the room.
