Despite being in the heart of Times Square, our room was very quiet. They had black out blinds. The room was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. I would definitely come back!

Great hotel in chaos of Times Square!

Fun spot, cute hotel, small rooms but everything you need. Stayed on 25th floor and it was very quiet, even room overlooking Times Square. Elevators were super fast. Very nice staff. The beds were the only downside, they were not comfortable to me, but bed comfort is very subjective! We’d definitely stay again.

The hotel was quite good and we had a great view from the 36th floor of Times Square. The only problem was that we were charged $200 a day up front in case we spent on hotel restaurants or bar. That was taken out of our bank account on arrival which we were told we would get back after our checkout but that $35 a day would be deducted from that for taxes. It was a lot of money to be taken when we had already paid for our hotel stay - so be aware !

Room was good, clean, and felt updated. There is no ground level lobby, so you have to take an elevator up a few floors just to get to the lobby and then another elevator to get to your room floor.
