It was a nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. The location was great as it was a close walk to restaurants and the metro. I would stay here again in the future.

I liked the property location and the service people were very nice. Our room could use some updates. Curtains not hanging straight, torn buttons on the shower curtain. The bathroom was tiny and older but clean. Not enough outlets to conveniently plug in my CPap. The room could be great with some updating, mainly the bathroom. Bed was ok, definitely could tell had indentions from wear and tear.

Mariceli from frontdesk was extremely rude. Never welcome us, never said please or thank you, and bad attitude. Remote control didn’t work. Roaches in the room. I left a paper were I was writing this review and it was torn by the cleaning service. Horrible customer service, no respect for clients.

This is my third stay and I will be back. The staff is wonderful. The location to Broadway theaters is perfect for walking.

I stayed at this property many years ago and had a good experience. However, it has become really rundown. The rooms are dirty and the elevator is small and the ride is bumpy. It even broke during our brief stay. The shocker was that our room had several small brown/orange bugs in the entranceway, bathroom and on the lamp. We took photos and asked for a refund, which the night manager refused. This hotel has no value for the money. Stay in any other hotel, or even in NJ, as there are clean, friendly hotels just over the bridge for half the price.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms are small even with two full beds and the amenities are also limited. The bathrooms are tiny and overall giving a dirty kind of “old” vibe. However, it is very convenient and very close to Times Sqaure and multiple subway stations.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was close to many main attractions in NYC. The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was fairly clean but they was some hair stuck to the shower wall. Also the shower was trying to flood the bathroom as the curtain didn't contain the water well.

No breakfast available, even for purchase ! Long waiting time for elevator! The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced! On the first night, the sheets seemed to have been used already by the previous occupants ! The water, hot and cold, doesn’t mix well in shower The TV in the room is outdated!
