To have a morning coffee I have to walk down the lobby , where all other hotels have a coffee machine inside the room . The air condition has. Loud noise .

Hotel fixing exterior walls very loud banging
Got in very late Thursday night 5AM. Woke up to hotel construction from 8am-10am banging on outside walls very loud. Couldn’t sleep and was exhausted the whole day. It actually ruined 1 day of my 3 night stay. There solution was to change room. Too late! The next day was Saturday and construction workers don’t work. Very poor front desk just brushed it off. I should have received some credit for inconvenience. Expensive room not to be able to sleep.

It was ok
The front desk ladies were very nice and attentive. It wasn’t too nice to found a small roach running around and a dirty sock underneath the couch (probably from the previous guest ) However, the location was perfect and walkable to iconic places . The hotel was definitely outdated, the bed was squeaky, not enough power outlets to connect devices , the TV didn’t work ,water pressure was not the best … but we only used it to sleep and take a shower .

Overall it was an OK place to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and room was antiquated. Never made it to morning coffee. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Restaurants, attractions and the subway. Place was convenient.
