The rooms were like dorm rooms. Very small, very sterile, not even any artwork. Also, while conveniently located it was very loud. I was on the 17th floor and could still hear street noise.

I’ve been to New York about 20 times and this was easily my favourite hotel. Staff was friendly, everything was clean, and the park directly outside the hotel was a beautiful place for a coffee and bagel each morning.

1st stay at Bryant Park Hotel. Check in was easy and front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean and upgrade was even offered. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower and the hotel does not provide any coffee in rooms OR before 7am in morning. When I asked from some (even willing to purchase), I was told there was none available or possible to obtain until the 7am time slot. I have a return trip in December that I am reconsidering for those 2 reasons. Otherwise, a good hotel.

Wonderful stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. I received an upgrade to a newly renovated, deluxe room. It was great, super comfortable and nice styling. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
