The hotel was so beautifully designed. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, love the nespresso machine and tea kettle in the room. Everything was clean, quiet, the service was great, the location was great and i could have my meetings in the seating area in the lobby which was perfect. Would recommend and definitely come again

Excellent service. Chistopher, the hotel concierge was very accommodating and very patient in getting tickets for us for the Rockettes Show. The doorman, was very polite and always very helpful. I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Dylan Hotel in New York City, and I must say, the newly remodeled hotel is a delightful addition to the urban landscape. The fresh updates really modernize the space, creating a chic yet cozy atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. However, I did encounter a significant issue that dampened my experience. Before making my reservation, I had a conversation with someone at the front desk who assured me that the construction was complete. Upon my arrival, it was clear that this was not the case, as there was still considerable construction work ongoing. As someone who runs a general contracting business, I couldn't help but notice several details in the bathrooms that could use improvement. I would recommend the hotel consider revisiting their contractor, as the finishing touches could elevate the space even further. On a more positive note, the staff at The Dylan were incredibly nice, welcoming, and warm. Their hospitality truly stood out and made a significant difference in my experience. As a New Yorker now living in Miami, it was lovely to feel that familiar warmth from my NYC family. In summary, while I appreciated the modern renovations and the exceptional service from the staff, I was left feeling a bit disappointed by the ongoing construction and some unfinished details. I hope that in the future, the hotel can fully realize its potential and provide a seamless experience for all its gue
