This hotel looks very nice but the plumbing didn’t work and the room was too hot. It took one hour to fill the bath and I couldn’t change the temp to make it cooler and the room kept getting hotter and hotter ! It seems all the improvements were skin deep.

Hotel was clean and new. Excellent location with easy access to taxis, uber and the train station. Great restaurant on site with plenty of other options to choose from as well. Will be even better when the scaffolding comes down. The Dylan is definitely now on my list of places to stay in NYC.

Great deal on this hotel and it's SO close to the Grand Central terminal, perfect location! The ceiling in our room was very high, which I think made our room a little difficult to keep warm. Even though we set the thermostat to 78, the warmest we were able to get the room was 68. Wasn't that big of a deal though. I also wish the staff was a bit more knowledgeable about the difference between the caffeinated and decaffeinated Nespresso pods they offer for making your own coffee in your room. Overall, it was a truly lovely stay!

The location was excellent, staff were amazing, my room was quiet ( these were great) but the windows were not functional ( above the restaurant I think) which made my room feel like a prison! There was a surprise service charge that was not communicated before.

This is a nice, clean, and quiet hotel within walking distance of many of the tourist spots in NYC. We walked to Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Central Park from here. The staff was excellent. The room was nice but the shower had some cracks in the floor. That's really the only con. I guess, the fee for the coffee bar is a little steep too since it's just the little pods that most hotels offer for free. I only drank 1 cup over 2 days so that's about $32 for that one cup. I knew about the coffee fee going in so it's not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.
