I was expecting an exceptional stay since I booked this hotel because of their high rating. But it didn’t turn out a pleasant experience. My two teen daughters were tired walking in the cold weather whole day, so we went to check-in at 3:15pm. The room was not ready. After checking with the reception, we sat in the lobby waiting for the room. After about 10 minutes, a guard came over. I told him we were waiting for our room, he asked for our last name and left. After another 5 minutes, another guard came over and said to my daughters they can’t sleep there. Like I said, the girls were tired, they each sat in a single sofa, stretched their legs out a bit and leaned their heads on the arm with their eyes closed. They were quiet, feet on the floor, not bothering anyone. I don’t know why sitting in a single sofa with your eyes closed is not allowed in this hotel. It made me wonder what kind of guest they truly want. Yes, the hotel is clean. But no matter how shiny the floor is, how clean the room is, I probably wouldn’t come back because I don’t want to be bullied again.
