Rude employees
Hotel was fine, some employees were nice and some were not. I had a fair share of employees be rude and dismissive. I understand it’s holiday season and stress levels are high but being kind and patient to people shouldn’t be that big or a deal.

Love the historic feel of the hotel. From the time of check-in to be checked out, the staff was courteous, helpful, and very engaged housekeeping was superb.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Completely overcharged for a tiny unclean room with clumps of dust all around, the tv cord broken and barely hanging in the wall, the water temperatures that would scold our bodies, and the most unhelpful staff I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Everything was great! We were able to check in early, with a charge, but it was great since we traveled with kids and we needed to relax before starting the day. The concierge was helpful and friendly. The room was large, though the view was of another building- we expected no view since there’s skyscrapers. We really only slept there. It was great having a diner on the 1st floor we ate breakfast there. The subway was right outside the building so it was convenient. They do a baggage hold so you don’t have to worry about taking your suitcases around the city with you on departure day. I would stay here again!

Worst room ever!
The room was really small, the beds were not even full size beds. No microwave, no refrigerator, the restroom was super small. Room was rented to sleep four people but everything was crowded. The hall ways had a bad smell. I paid over $1,200 for 3 nights thinking I was getting a good deal it was a ripped off. Next time I will just book in a normal hotel name. I was really disappointed!!
