The Pearl New York is a wonderful hotel. The staff are very professional and courteous. The location is within walking distance to Broadway and Times Square. I love the fact that continental breakfast is included! The room is also a nice size. You really can’t go wrong with booking this hotel!

Great hotel convenient to Times Square and walkable to other areas. Greatly appreciated the breakfast, snacks and wine. Very grateful for the fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Would recommend staying here.

Great location...walkable (within 15 min) to Central Park on one end and 42nd on the other end. Situated just between Broadway and 8th on 49th street, the location was close enough to the 'action' in Time Square, but quiet enough for a comfortable sleep. The complimentary breakfast was 'ok'. Some warm protein options would have made it perfect! Property was listed as two Queen beds, but they more like double beds.

Overall Terrible experience. Only allowed Late check in 4 pm. , they did not accommodate early check in.check out is before 12 noon, too early compared to other properties in the area. I was abruptly woken by loud noises. We Requested pillows. They had no extra pillows to provide. This was disappointing, as it indicated a lack of proper inventory management and guest care. Do not recommend.

The Pearl is a gem of a hotel. Excellent staff, very clean and tidy, great breakfast and wine hour. Location is amazing for tourists. Couldn't recommend more!
