Everything at our stay was wonderful, I would only like to point out I stayed in floor 4 and there is a lot of street noise, so if you are a light sleeper you might want to consider this. Maybe ask for a room that is not facing the street or maybe higher up this isnt an issue.

Great hotel, spacious rooms for manhattan, great location although traffic can be quite loud in the mornings… very central to most attractions, premium shopping and short walk to the park. Would stay again

We have had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to Central Park, 5th Avenue and a number of subway stations. We will definitely be returning soon.

This properly is only 2 blocks from Central Park and the staff were so friendly and the room was beautiful... I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to Central Park and near all amenities

Such friendly staff. Was able to check in early as the room was ready. The deluxe room was roomy and clean. The view was questionable as it faced a brick wall. Housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The doormen were friendly and helpful. Just a wonderful experience.

This was a perfect location for our stay in NYC. Just a couple of blocks from Central park, we enjoyed plenty of eating options and shops. the staff were friendly and our room was cozy and cleaned daily. Being on the upper west side, travel by subway was easy and we enjoyed exploring the various parts of the city
