This property woukd have been rated as excellent, if not for the noise from ice and water machine next to my room, 1005. The machine operates 24/7 & thus is in use constantly. The room door also has a gap under it, which further adds to the noise from this machine, stopping you going yo sleep! The room doors also slam so loudly. It's such a shame as the room, though small, had everything I needed, coffee machine, microwave and fridge, though NO safe? Bed is so comfortable, but useless if you can't sleep due to excessive noise. Breakfast is very good, though can be extremely busy. The staff were all helpful and seemingly friendly. Could be great, if sound insulation and noise issues resolved or if you get a room that's not next to ice machine!!

Staff at front desk was excellent. They were actually training a new person. He was asking questions during check in and his manager was explaining everything as we were being processed in. Great job. It is clear the staff is trained well.

Great location down from Penn Station and subway on the hotel street too. Easy to get around. Quite small room but to be expected. Breakfast was included which which was convenient and saved us $$ but hot food looked very average, so it was bagels and muffins everyday, plus yoghurt/fruit. Breakfast was busy but you could take away if need to back to room. Good value for money. Clean and tidy.

This is now my home when I’m in Manhattan. The rooms are spacious with well equipped kitchens. WiFi is extremely fast and the staff are always a delight. Easy walk to the theatre district and lots of good restaurants and food stores very close by. Will be booking my next stay shortly. Thank you for looking after me again.

We had a great stay. Our remote wasn’t working so we called the front desk and they gave us a new remote in less than 10 minutes. My only issue was the walls, the walls are soooo thin you can hear every door closing outside of the room from inside. The hotel was so clean as well. It was overall a good experience I would definitely rebook
