The VIRGIN New York is located in a great place. The rooms are adequate but not special. Value for money is low. Most surprising is how little personality the place has. Most disappointing: the rooftop bar. A zero. Personally speaking I'm not a big fan of having to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom.

Beware of this hotel. I just stayed here for 2-nights. They charged me $4,000 for damage to room I did not do. $4K!!!! Management is unresponsive to my calls and emails. Now disputing charge with my bank and filed a complaint with The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. Very unfortunate. Beware.
