Hotel staff from the shuttle driver, front desk to housekeeping all friendly and cool people. Our room was nice, a little small for 2 beds but clean and exactly as pictured. The buffet on the third floor was great! The rooftop view was cool. We stayed 3 nights, Wed-Saturday on the second floor. There’s a karaoke lounge on the first that partied til 2am every night, that you can feel the rattle in the beds and walls and hear it like you’re on stage too… with zero warning. That sucked because it’ll definitely keep you up. The toilet & shower drain clogged up but thankfully they fixed it right away. There was miscommunication between the front desk and shuttle at check out. We requested an hour ahead of time and were told it would be there. We ended up having to uber with 6 suitcases, so that wasn’t cool, but things happen. Still a cool place overall even though we were hesitant about it when we pulled up. I would stay again, just on another floor lol.

Everyone here was very friendly and made our stay very easy! Doug from the front desk was extremely friendly as well as both shuttle drivers!! Distance from the airport was also very convenient. Rooms were a great size as well. I would stay again!

All of the staff we interacted with was very nice and helpful. The NY Hotspot Restaurant was very tasty, staff was VERY kind, pricing was reasonable. Felt safe especially with the floors being “locked” by room key access only. It was conveniently located by the Q25 bus stop we needed to get to Downtown Flushing in order to take the 7 train to Manhattan. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and the welcome chocolate/ cookie thing we received upon our arrival was so good. I also like that they gave you complimentary water bottles that we could refill on the 3rd floor.

Wonderful costumer service, came back to beds made, towels restocked and trash taken out. Perfect!! It wasn’t a need but sure was great coming back to clean room. Transportation was easy to access just across the street that took you to flushing str.. and straight to the subway to go to manhattan . Did I mention they also provide shuttle to and from LGA airport . Wonderful service will definitely come back if if ever in NY City again .. all the way from TX ❤️

Our Netflix didn’t work the entire stay. Parking was a nightmare and the room was very small. We asked several times for our room to be tidy up and fresh towels and each time we got back in the afternoon it was still how we left the room!

This property overall is good, convenient for dinning options, if you like Asian or Chinese food, they have three good restaurants which are just located in the same building, we enjoyed that buffet restaurant. For transportation, very short walkable distance for buss station which can take you to Flusing district and in there you can connect with more transportation options. I like the wood floor(wood floor looks upscale and clean), the only thing which a little disappointed is that AC/Heater system in room doesn't work really work, the heather seems like doesn't blow hot air at all, plus it is very loud and noisy when it's on, so even it works, you probably have to turn that off when go to sleep. Reported this to hotel staff, they said they will have the maintenance crew to check it out.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with convenient and affordable parking. However, there is a karaoke bar downstairs that gets very noisy at night when you're trying to sleep. To make matters worse, the air conditioner is also very loud when turned on. As a result, you can only turn off the AC and try to fall asleep to the sound of the noisy music.
