It was so pretty and everyone was so kind and helpful. The bar is nice and the drinks were oh so tasty! It is in the perfect location for getting to shows and every where you turn there are food options. We will definitely return!!

Great staff!!
Check in was a bit disorganized. There was a formed line yet patrons who came up with bags were not told to get in line so they just jumped ahead to check in. The staff should have noted who was next rather than allow that. Once I got to check in desk Larry was so friendly and had a fabulous smile on his face. He made the check in experience better. Check out was easy and we were accommodated with a late check out. We did check our bags and retrieval was odd but the guy was so helpful in getting us a cab to the airport so that helped after waiting a bit to get bags. All the staff were friendly and we had a lovely stay

Staff was really nice at check in and they gave us an upgrade. Room was ok in terms of cleanliness, could have been cleaner. The inside, i.e. the hallways were small and dark, need more lighting. Location is great!

Rooms had no mini fridge to keep beverages cold. When we checked out and asked Valet for our vehicle, it was a 30 min wait...something they should've told us upon arrival. Other than that, staff was attentive and the view was nice. Overall, I would stay again but I'd probably go elsewhere.

The lighting in the first floor lobby was awful - made me dizzy. The plexiglass furniture in the room was awful - marked up, worn, sterile. It was frustrating to have only two staff at the desk and no concierge. If there were a lot of people checking in, you couldn’t get help for other things. Shower kept going cold so you had to constantly adjust temperature to hotter. The 7th floor lobby and lounge were beautiful and staff at the bar, front desk, and housekeeping were wonderful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure good. Room was great size, especially for NYC. And great location.
