Great staff. Room was small but efficient. Depending on how much activity you want at your hotel it could be really good, or perhaps too much. Sat and Sunday have brunch all day until 9pm. So lots of people were enjoying the social time in the lobby and roof bar which is great. But if you wanted a quiet evening to watch a movie in your room, you might be disappointed with the volume of the music from the 2nd floor roof top. So fun is available if that’s what you’re looking for.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and rooms. Do not be fooled by the surroundings. Less than a minute walk to the 4/5 green subway lines. The rooms were small, but clean and neat, with nice ammenities (coffee, hairdryer, garment steamer, etc. Joseilina at the front desk was very kind and helpful. It was also very quiet! One night the hotel was sold out and you couldn't tell. The contential breakfast provided bagels, cereal, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs, and more. Would definitely stay here again!

I love staying here , every time I have to go New York this is my favorite . I love the brunch they have Friday-Sunday live DJ .They always welcome us with loving and caring spirits. I recommend this hotel for the great price ,cleanness , free breakfast free parking right in the front and also have a garage. Most of all the Brunch and live DJ .

4 stars given the context: cheapest reasonable looking place nearest the US Open Tennis to stay the night before. The Bronx has character; I'm not dissing it, but yeah, this was a functional/strategic stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful, so mission accomplished.

I was forced to stay here more or less due to flight difficulties and it was a decent price in the location I needed to be in. It was completely average, with a mildly uncomfortable room and a horrible location. Totally not worth the 8.2 rating hotels.com had.

It was a fair stay here. Hotel is a little tucked away. Staff is nice, helpful and attentive. There’s no free hotel parking other than a garage which is attracted and you have to pay to park there.
