6/10 Okay

Solo traveler, & I am only in the room to shower and sleep. I'm perfectly fine with small rooms so the size of the room did not bother me at all! Yes it was awkward to have to climb over the bed to reach the window and blinds and the temperature control. I've read other reviews that said that the bed moves up and down by a switch, but either my switch was broken or my bed did not do that.
Stayed 2 nights. Overall everything was fine once I got past the first night.
Pros:
- location was awesome
- security in the lobby at all times
- my room was quiet; I heard no one in the halls and really nothing outside either
- comfy pillows
Cons:
- no safe in my room. They assured me it was there and I must just not see it, but when someone came down from the front desk he confirmed my room did not have one.
- bath towel is the size of a postage stamp! OK I'm exaggerating, but it is truly the smallest bath towel ever
- my view was some sort of storage balcony. Weird
- there are not many lights in the room and they are all connected to one main switch. If you don't have the switch near the bed turned on, you can't turn on the light at the toilet or by the sink
- my AC was not working when I arrived. As I was leaving for a dinner & show, I was assured several times that someone would look at it while I was gone and when I got back it would be fixed. Of course I got back 6 hours later and no one had looked at it. So much for "rest assured" which is what I was told over and over.
