Staff should inform guest while checking in that the water would be cut off every day. And noone seemed to know when the water would be back on. Had to share elevators with business next door due to 1 elevator being down also. It was long waits for them .Thermostats seem to be controlled by hotel. Never could get our rooms ajusted. A friend had to get a space heater for her room.

The amount of people who smoke in their bedrooms appears to be high based upon the general odor in the corridors and some of the bedrooms. I stayed at the hotel Thursday night. I arrived late and was anxious to get sleep. The bedroom assigned me was reeking of smoke upon entry so I opened the windows while I get ready for bed. Before turning off the lights I closed the windows and went to sleep. Upon waking the next morning, there was an acrid odor in the room and my throat was sore. My clothes smelled as if I smoke 40 Marlboro daily. The hotel should have a very firm no smoking policy so guests do not have to experience what I encountered this week.

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. When we arrived at the train station we called the hotel to request the shuttle for pick up we waited for 30min and had to call back to find out the shuttle had no ETA so we had to walk to the hotel. The front desk staff was not welcoming or nice. The room was dirty and we saw bugs on the wall. On day two out toilet stopped working and when we called the front desk told us they were having issues with their water. After hours of waiting, we got the water back but it was brown! The hallways smell like smoke/weed.
