They don't even provide glasses in the room or bathroom. I had to get a stray cardboard cup from one of the front desk people. Uncomfortable thin blankets and tiny pillows. Horrible food in the restaurant.

For the price it was ok. The room had nice high ceiling and the decor was pretty good. the biggest issue was that there was a terrible Weed smoke smeel on the corridor & the hallway and it was also in the room. Mostly coming from the washroom. So non smoking policy should be enforced. My allergies triggered and we had to open the window and the noise upfront all night and early morning was just loud . the bed was not the most comfortable and but ok. only 2 pillows were given for 2 people. The ac was not easy to control and it was way too cold. we did turn it off once we opened the window. The carpet was wet from many spots . The washroom did not have any exhaust so was wet always. Oh & there was a huge puke in the elevator which was taken care of the staff. Staff in general was friendly and a the water in the shower was extra hot and was nice. The room was fairly good size but our bed was more of a double then the queen and GF was in bad mood because of the multiple cancelled flights so had to be far away but was hard.

I would have liked if the room didn't smell of smoke. Management should ensure that guests comply with the facility's rule of no smoking; as this is inconsiderate of other users.

Hotel room was ice cold when we checked in. Thermostat would not produce heat to warm up and front desk said only thing we could do was turn off air. Pillows were the two smallest i have ever had in a hotel. Room had NO microwave. Hotel charged $23.17 to park in their lot overnight, which was not disclosed during booking. Will never frequent this hotel ever again.
