We booked non-smoking, but our room had obviously been smoked in recently, and we couldn’t run the AC unit because smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We had the same explanation from three different staff: “It’s not your room, someone next door is probably smoking.” They couldn’t move us to another room because they were sold out. The bathroom was dirty, and the hotel was also noisy (there was a wedding which we understand, the rooms just aren’t well insulated).

Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms are very shabby and outdated. There is a very strong smell of weed on the corridors and the elevator. I can even smell it in my room. Only one elevator is working so you are waiting ages. The area around the hotel feels very run down. This is not a 3 star hotel. Not acceptable.
