The room smelled like dirty carpet outlet in bathroom wasn’t working. They claim to have a restaurant on site but when I called it was redirecting to near by place because it was out of service, so I ask the front desk was it open he. Only 1 elevator was working apparently they have parking there but the parking Lot was full due to some event so forget about the guest that are staying there. The mattress was no good

Unfortunately we had a less than ideal stay. The AC doesn’t work in the rooms (don’t expect anything less than 71 degrees and a stuffy room). The walls are THIN. We had to be switched to a different room due to loud noise until 5 am from the people next door. Then the last night, there was a birthday party right above us that went on till almost 2 am (even with security requesting them to quiet down). First room we had had dirty dresser drawers and stains on pillow. Also some elevators are on maintenance so expect to wait a longer time. Overall cheaper price than staying in the city, but it comes with repercussions

there was only one elevator working for all 20 floors, and housekeeping kept overwriting. It's use for their needs. It took forever to get up and down. And when the door finally opened, it was packed with people. Also, I had to change rooms twice, because both of them smelled like plums of marijuana, even after being cleaned. The hotel is extremely dated.

Where to begin. First room i was given, I walked in to see window open and cigarette smell. Only 1 elevator working. Toilet paper in toilet not flushed. Stained sheets. Bring your own body wash as only a small soap bar provided. Long term residents who dress like they are in their apt coming to the lobby for the free coffee. Terrible place so the reviews are inaccurate. And I stayed at many 7 rated hotels while in the area, so not very picky.
