Parking is 60$ for two day and there little to no space price is a little too much. Staff is ok but the room is small not like the picture online. The bed & pillow is not great, you hear the elevator 24/7 if your room is close to it. There is no hot water, the worst shower i ever take. for a night or two is good but if you stay longer this is not the right place for you

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. While the check-in staff was pleasant, our overall experience was disappointing. Our room was not ready until 6:00 p.m., and we were given no prior notice or accommodations for the delay. When we finally accessed the room, it had not been properly cleaned and was missing furniture. We contacted the front desk to request a different room, but were told the hotel was sold out. Additionally, we were charged extra fees despite not using any additional services, which was frustrating and unclear. The hotel’s location is ideal, especially for first-time visitors to New Jersey. However, Hotel needs to significantly improve its hospitality, service, and professionalism. I paid a considerable amount of money to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we did not receive the level of service or experience we paid for or expected.
