I noticed people walking in and out that did not look like tourist. Then I read that they house homeless families which it’s a great thing to do but there was smoking, parting, load music, people walking up and down the hallway talking loudly. There were banging sounds, shouting, it seems like there are people with behavioral challenges housed in the hotel and there is no enforcement of code of conduct. All in all seems seedy, and in a seedy area. I would not walk around the area after certain hour. I think that it would be fair if the hotel would make it public that they are housing homeless people. Had I’ve known I would have chosen I different place, or stay there for free.

I was very let down by this property. I came into the property at 3 for a regular check-in. The staff at the front desk were not welcoming and rude throughout the stay. I probably talked to 1 nice person throughout my stay. Anyway at 3 the front desk told me I would have to wait for a room to open up because they were running behind, which is understandable but regardless when rooms did open up they did not even acknowledge me sitting in the lobby to say hey you can check in now. I had to go back up and ask as more people checked in before me with me waiting! Then when we get to the room there was no control of the AC, I called the front desk and instead of being transparent they said we will send someone to look at it. I waited an hour for no one to show!

Lift was so slow and sometimes not working - had to take steps to the 10th floor and so slow, no coffee in rooms, and if you need any coffee, you have to move to the ground floor.

Night Staff gave no information or help at all when asked questions, even giving wrong information, Security guard at the gate sleepin and had to blow ny car horn to get his attention to park, then A train track is near the hotel, every 18 seconds a train goes by waking u up..horrible

It was horrible. The sheets were uncomfortable, the room was really hot and the thermostat did not work. The room stayed at 80°F and we had a young baby, she got sick from the heat. We tried contacting customer service multiple times, in which they told me there was nothing they can do. The room had no mini fridge or microwave. The restaurant in the lobby however was good, as well as their food and customer service. It is just the actual hotel and staff itself that ruined my view on the place.

This place definitely looks nicer in pictures than it actually is. I was definitely not impressed. There was a terrible odor in the elevator, we had a puddle of water in our tub with someone elses leftover hair all over, the shower curtain was ripped & dirty. There's just sheets on the beds with no blankets, which I've NEVER experienced at ANY other hotel. I had to call down to the desk to ask for a blanket & they literally came up with a "blanket" as thin as a shower curtain.. literally.. AND it had stains on it! It was just ridiculous, especially when it was freezing! Wish I took pictures to share. Only pro was the close walk to our concert venue (prudential center). We definitely will NOT be booking here again, especially for the cost. False advertising for sure!

They didn't have a back up plan to assign our room due to computer malfunction. Our room wasn't assigned even though we got there very late, about 10pm. We were there for a few hours to get our early flight. At about 3 am 2 people were trying to get into our room and talking very loudly, he was trying with his key card that woke us up. And we asked for a wake-up call and never got it. When we left we informed the front desk and explained what happened and couldn't explain how these individuals were able to use the elevator to our room. Not safe and won't be staying there again.

The decor was beautiful, however the smell of smoke on our floor was overwhelming as we stepped off of the elevator and it lingered into the room. We were on a non-smoking floor, but you would have never known. We had a double room with two queen beds and each bed had two 20x20 pillows, no blankets, and we were only given 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels in the bathroom. The room was also a lot smaller than we expected.
