The reason I’m giving this low grade is because our room didn’t have a comforter and it’s in the middle of the winter and also we didn’t have any cups in the room to drink out and they also was only one trashcan in the bathroom

I found a bed bug in my bathroom and they moved me twice. The manager was nice he tried to give me 20% off of a future stay. But I settled for a late check out. I’ll never stay here again.
