Unfortunately we had a number of issues during our short stay. We booked this hotel due to it being within walking distance to Prudential Center, which is probably the only good thing about this hotel. Breakfast was not available on site. For weekend guests they expected staff to go to a different nearby hotel.
The parking attendant lost my key, the front desk staff seemed uncaring and indifferent, to this issue, as well as during check in and check out.
Parking was "valet" but from the back of the building, and all rear entrances were locked so we had to carry all of our bags to the front of the building to get in. Three different parking stubs also caused a problem when trying to leave the lot. The system was not organized in any way.
One of the two elevators were down, which meant continuous delays at the only elevator that was running.
Room was clean, but rough around the edges. Chipped paint on trims and on the frame of the mirror.
The hotel restaurant the "Medallion" also left much to be desired.
Overall, set expectations accordingly.
