This is one of the cleanest hotels for the price that I’ve stayed at in a long time. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing in the bar area, and Restaurant are absolutely immaculate with very friendly bartenders.

The staff was mostly incompetent and unhelpful. They refused to change our room at first, when our toilet wasn’t working. When I asked to see their manager, they said they didn’t have one and rolled their eyes. They said they were totally booked. However then they did change our room. This is a horrible hotel lacking in many services. The bathtub shower was very slippery and there were no bars to hold on to. The actual rooms were nice and the bed comfortable.

Place was extremely noisy with a party going on, somewhere in the building. Hip hop music played loudly until12:30 am. Asked customer service for help. She sounded dismissive and did absolutely nothing to quiet the party down. Last time we stayed there room was unmade for 2 days.

I would NEVER stay here again. They tried to cancel our reservation 3 hours before check in due to “no rooms available” for Expedia reservations. When we complained and told them by law they needed to book us in another hotel, a room miraculously became available. Coupled with computer issues, this staff was hopelessly lost.
