Sure! Here’s a concise review for your hotel experience: --- I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The property was exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The convenient shuttle bus service made getting to and from the airport a breeze and there were plenty of food options nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent service, and great location!

Transportation is not reliable.It says shuttle every 30 mins.I was waiting from 13:45 to 14:45 and nearly missed flight.There was no shuttle for 14:15. They dont even announce at the Lobby when shuttle arrives inspite of reception seeing guests waiting for shuttle😩

When we arrived, after more than 24 hours of travel, we were notified that the computer system is down and "Nothing we can do about it". After about 3 hours we got a room from a family that needed 2 rooms but only one could be given to them. Other people waited until 2 am for the system to operate. Ther excuse that they can do nothing was a great disappointment. They could knock on some rooms to find some empty ones. When I suggested it, the manager said that it "will be impolite". In my opinion, this is only a minor inconvenience relatively to letting people standing in the lobby for hours. Also, there are several other hotels in the area. The manager could have called and transfer the stranded guests to other facilities, even if they do not belong to Hilton. To date, I have not heard a word of apology or a suggestion for a compensation from Hilton for this terrible ordeal. We ended up sleeping less than 5 hours before we had to get to the airport again.

The ice machine wasn't working i went to a few floors to try to get ice they should of atlease had a sign on the machine saying out of order. Also the hot water was not hot at all when I took a shower. The staff was very nice and helpful i did enjoy my stay.

The service here was terrible. Luke warm water out today the shower. Then the shower handle broke altogether and we couldn't even turn it on the inexperienced woman at the front desk gave us a different room. Turns out someone else was already in the room we walked in on. Took another trip back to the front desk and refused to talk to that lady so she got the manager and she was able to help out. Overall our experience was not good. Lobby also smelled like weed.

We had a great stay, it’s very convenient for Newark Airport & opposite Jersey Shopping mall. The hotel is clean, the breakfast room staff are lovely & so friendly and helpful. Reception staff, not so friendly but we were checked in quickly. Breakfast is great, bagels, scrambled eggs, fruit yogurt cereals, tea & coffee, perfect. Will definitely return
