I suppose everything was okay for the price point. The room was not cleaned or towels refreshed on a daily basis. The heater/air conditioner was noisy but functional. It was within walking distance of the train station which was a huge plus.

Really good valeur for being this close to NYC. Bathrooms were dirty, but the end wasn’t and was surprisingly comfortable! Plus the staff member at the lobby was friendly and helpfull!

Service was great, rooms were clean, but there was barely any furniture, floors were tile with no rugs or even a doormat (it was raining) no cups, limited linens (no comforter), and the AC/Heat was loud.

Staff A1 very nice and attentive. The room was freezing during the night. Yes there is heating but its too loud to keep on during the night. A nice heavy blanket would solve everything! Other than that for the price, excellent value.
