I went on a business trip and spent 5 days. The room was clean and quiet. I liked the design of the room. The room had office space and sleep area with nice comfortable bed. There was breakfast which was an asset. They serve it until 10 am, however I noted that the staff started to put away all food at around 9:30 so too bad for those who were hoping to get a bite just before 10 Otherwise it was a great experience and the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs

A great experience the shuttle service to and from the airport is a pluss . The staff was so helpful with any questions would definitely stay here again.

Arrived about 5 pm and the front desk offered take out menu as the hotel had no food. Ice machine was not working one the floor . For the price I paid for one night , place is kind of out dated and looked run down . On the upside shuttle was a plus and front desk lady helpful

Front desk staff is superb. My wife fell ill at Newark airport at the start of our final leg home from a European vacation. I picked the Fairfield as our respite, and I am glad I did. My wife was sick enough that she needed medical attention and the night clerk called paramedics for us. The desk staff extended our stay twice, gave us late check out, among other help.

The people from the kitchen service were always kind and one lady front desk which I check in. But the complain I mainly had was on the last night of my staying ( I stayed 7 nights!) I couldn’t enter the hotel, because there was no way to enter the hotel from the 10 pm to 6 am next day!! So basically I had to come Back next morning which I didn’t get a sleep well finding another place to stayed, missing my bk in the morning , and so payed for 7 nights and only used 6 !!! They only told me Through the phone that I need to find me another place to sleep! I was really upset, because I basically give away one night !!.

We finally got to the hotel after a very long day of traveling. We picked the hotel because we had a long layover. By the time we got there, it was past 21:00. The hotel did not have a restaurant, but they gave us some flyers to order food…. The lifesaver was that they had wine to purchase at the front desk!!! Since there are no restaurants or liquor stores around, this was amazing! The staff was amazing, the morning breakfast was perfect for a quick bite and the room itself was clean and comfortable!
