Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only drawback was we got put in the room next to elevator so we could hear it all night and made it hard to sleep.

Out in the cold!
Caution! Hotel instructions for pick up are horrible!! On the coldest days of the year the Holiday Inn bus dropped me at the wrong Holiday Inn Hotel, the only option was to wait another half an hour and return to the airport and wait for the correct bus. I ended up calling for an uber. Once arrived at hotel I found out that many people get in the wrong bus yet they don’t let us know. As I was getting ready to get into the elevator a woman pulled the fire alarm and ran away. You may imagine everyone in the building running outdoors at 3:15 am with the chilling 19 degrees temperature. No one apologized for my nightmare ride nor the fact that I went to sleep at 4:00 am because of their fault.

There should be proper arrangement for adequate hot water, there was one time that we didn't got hot water. Also please add some options in dining for Vegetarian people. Rest everything was very good and we look forward to stay again in Holiday Inn.

The property had a water clogging problems in the toilet. We had to complaint twice to get the problem fixed. There was very limited food options. The access road to the hotel was not good, it was confusing.
