Private entrance with a key-pad lock. CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN for our Newly Constructed Studio Apartment/Guest Suite with Private Outdoor
Space. Modern Kitchen with Quartz countertops, LG Mircrowave, LG refrigerator, and LG W/D. Casper Queen Bed. Spa like bathroom with Illuminated mirror, comfort height toilet, and Delta Raincan shower. Philips lights throughout apartment and bathroom which can be controlled with the WiZ V2 app to suit your needs and reflect your mood. Security camera outside guest suite door. The Silva Domus Guest Suite is part of our house. Please note that our home is older, excluding our guest suite and MB above, and that you may hear others in the house during the daytime. The Outdoor Space is comprised of a newly constructed paver walkway which leads to a privacy gate and on to a Private Paver Patio with seating for two.
There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine, and housekeeping is provided on request.
