I would have left a better star review, but when I took my shower, the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were EMPTY. You're lucky I gave you any stars at all. Therefore staff and service took the hit, because they obviously don't care.

I reserved a room for the Hampton Inn EWR for a flight the next morning. When I booked, there was no mention of pre booking a shuttle. When I dropped off my luggage, there was no mention of it - in fact, they said they couldn't do anything until I checked in later that day. Only when I asked later, they said it was all booked up. This is the only reason I stayed at the Hampton Inn EWR - for the shuttle. Now I'm paying $45 for an Uber.

Was told that my Hilton Honors membership would not entitle me to any privileges because my reservation was made through Expedia. The Hilton website says bookings can be made through any such travel booking sites. The manner of saying so was also a little rude!
