I booked the stay for 2 days from August 3 to Aug 05 via Expedia 3 weeks before my start day. I got the confirmation and the receipt about my hotel booking. When I came and checked in, firstly the receiptionist said to me the room was not available. After that, she said she made it ready. After very long driving hours, I was so happy. The day after that I checked my bank statement and found out the hotel charged me more than the original receipt from expedia for confirmation booking. I went to the receiptionist and clarified immediately. She said they would fix it on the day I checked out. I also called with Expedia agent and told them about my situation. The expedia agent tried to call many times to the hotel but the hotel didn't answer. On the day I checked out, the receiptionist refused to give me the official receipt directly. She said that the hotel would send to my personal email. But so far, 1 week already past I had not received anything. I contacted to Expedia agent and the agent tried to connect to the hotel without success. The hotel always put the call on hold firstly and hang up after that. The hotel even didnot reply multiple email from me and Expedia. As a customer, I have right to get explanation about the increase fee with original receipt. And the most important thing is the hotel have to send me the official receipt with corect amount fee that the hotel charged me in my bank account. From my story, hope another travellers will be aware of this hotel.
